Pleased to find ample parking just after the arch where you can get out and get a few pics without rushing to get one passing by. However, don’t except to be alone. You will have several new friends in your photo which was expected. Also in the same stop you can get the Yellowstone sign.

Worth the roughly 4 hour drive from Jackson Hole to visit. The history behind the arch makes this worth wild in itself. While visiting, take the time to walk around downtown Gardiner MT, as they have a lot of nice shops/food!

Not an imposing or particularly attractive structure, if you aren't interested in the how and why of the arch it is just something to drive through.

If you come in the North Entrance, you will drive through this into the park. Otherwise, drive to the North Entrance to see it. Kind of a nifty historic monument.

Beautiful photo to commemorate the three days we spent exploring Yellowstone. Nice spring evening and sunset after a great dinner at Wonderland Cafe. Yellowstone was magnificent and staying in Gardiner was a great way to explore the northern parts of the park.

I wouldn’t go out of my way to see it, but I’d you are in the Mammoth area of Yellowstone, stop by and get your picture. It’s historical, pretty phenomenal, and free to see.

This arch is on the way to Gardiner, Mt and the pictures do not do it justice. Another gateway into or out of Yellowstone. Love the town of Gardiner and great place to stop have lunch and shop.

cool to stop for a quick second. Its on the way out so you might as well stop. We visited in August 2021.

We lucked out and had a clear blue sky with some clouds accenting the arch when we took our pictures. Always plenty of people around to take your photo and you can take theirs. The Yellowstone National Park sign is also accessible and you can usually park between them if it's not too busy. Worth the stop for some iconic pictures of the Yellowstone sign at towards the modern entrance and the old Arch in the background.
