Thank you for your message. There is a possibility with public transport from Amsterdam. There are regular intercity trains between Amsterdam Central en ‘s-Hertogenbosch (Den Bosch) Central. From ‘s-Hertogenbosch Central there is a small bus, number 207, taking you to the Memorial Camp Vught. This bus goes from the bus station just outside the railway station. The bus goes once every hour at .50 (not on Sundays). You can use the site 9292 dot nl to plan your journey. This site is available in English as well. Do not forget to take an audiotour during your visit to our museum; available in 4 languages. Good luck with your prepararations!

Hi Cianna, thank you for your question. The museum is opened from 10:00-17:00 Friday the 24th. Travel times to the museum depend on where you are staying that day, and on the manner of transport of course. In general a 2 hour journey from where you are to the museum should be the maximum, leaving you almost 3 hours to visit us before closing time. A visit usually takes about 1,5 – 2 hours so you should have some safe space. The museum doesn’t have the best of public transport access though, make sure you check sites like ns dot nl or 9292 dot nl for more information. Taking a bike from 's-Hertogenbosch station (the nearby city - better dan travelling to Vught!) is also recommended! Hello Kenzie, you are welcome to visit our memorial centre on the 6ht of December; we don't sell tickets online. You can easily buy a ticket at the information desk. Vught was chosen as the site for the Camp because of it's proximity to Den Bosch which is a train hub a bit like Crewe or York in the UK so rail transport should be an option. There is a line that runs within a few hundred yards of the Camp but not sure if the nearest station is Vught, Den Bosche or other

Geachte heer/mevrouw, de entree tot ons herinneringscentrum is 6 euro, en 3 euro voor kinderen van 10 t/m 17 jaar. Op de 1e woensdag van de maand en Open Monumentendag is de entree gratis. Met de Nederlandse Museumkaart is entree ook gratis (maar ik zie dat u uit België komt). Het is een combi-kaartje; u heeft tevens toegang tot barak 1B. Dit is een authentieke kampbarak met een expositie over de naoorlogse periode zoals het interneringskamp. Hier is alles tweetalig, Engels en NL. De barak is open op woensdag, zaterdag en zondag van 12 tot 17 uur. Als deze niet open is, kunt u later in het jaar de barak met hetzelfde kaartje bezoeken. De meeste mensen bezoeken beide plekken op 1 dag, dat is goed te combineren als u hier bijtijds bent. Op zondag zijn kleine snacks te koop in ons museumcafé, maar op andere dagen kunt u beter terecht bij een horeca-voorziening zoals strandpaviljoen De IJzeren Man, hier vlakbij.
