A relaxing place to do early morning walk or jog. Feel the sea air in the morning with noises of birds near the Bethel Hotel area. A short walk along the breakwater to kick-start your day. A visit during the evening will provide you a taste for the local street foods and occasional programs during festivals.

Lots of activities in the area. Many restaurants and food hubs to choose. It's just nice to walk around and wonder :) eat, eat and eat :)

It’s a very good place to relax, people watch and enjoy the sunset. Make sure to taste the fresh inexpensive seafood and have a massage, yes, that’s what I said, massage, by the seashore!

Huge space that is similar to Manila Bay. There are many stalls in one area that sell trinkets. There is food stalls at night but choices are very limited.
The place comes alive at night since there's zumba and many people walk their pets or hang out here.

Cool place for a laze away in this promenade. At one end is the Dumaguete signage , where many do photo ops. At one end is a boulevard of lights , like in the early era. A waterfront view is nice as well . Located at downtown, many restaurants are nearby, but for a quick snack, street food samplers are recommended.

Early morning walks or jogs is pleasant in this area along the breakwater to witness the sunrise. Then there is a regular Zumba session everyday. At night time street foods are available for the public to splurge on. night time stroll is a must try before or after dinner.

I was a bit disappointed with the boulevard. I thought it would have been better from what I have read. Indeed it is nice to be on the waterfront with the sea breeze but the place definitely could be improved.
There are restaurants and shops around but it could have been more pedestrian-friendly.
The promenade would have been nice if there are trees around it and more benches. There are some vendors selling souvenir items. There is also a spot where you can have eat some street food. All of them sell the same thing though.
It is a nice walk but it could really be improved!

It is nice to look out onto the water, and it is nice to have a place to walk around, but it is not anything very special or interesting. The only exception would be if you like eating balut. They have an area where they sell it every night and people say it is very good.

Starting my walk from the statue of St Paul sisters, I walked along this beautiful boulevard up to the Port.
Dotting this Boulevard are restaurants, hotels, Silliman University, other shops, etc,
Better to walk here during early morning hours or after sunset.
