My mother and I both enjoyed a massage at Helena Spa today.
Both our massage therapists were fantastic and attentive to what we were looking for, we said we would both return! Very smiley and kind people. Thank you!

Amazing massages, we take the full body one with my sister, only 7000rps.
They were really kind and they listen all our demands. My sister's back was hurting and the Lady was really smooth with her.
I recommand this place to everyone!

We had booked the massage for the evening. On arrival there was no one present and they hadn't informed us that the massage was off. Cash withdrawal and we could go the next morning with a discount.
My sister liked the massage. I really liked the pressure of the massage only the massage less.. it went over my bones (ribs and spines) a lot instead of over my muscles. That was less.. the scalp and neck massage was nice!

Very nice massage, 30 minutes disconnection. Good experience in Ella. Highly recommended after a day of hiking.

We booked 3 hours before a massage session.
Arriving on site, we were immediately taken care of and then accompanied by the manager towards our masseuses.
After choosing the formula, we relaxed for 60 minutes.
Very professional and attentive, the masseuses paid attention to us by regularly asking us if everything was okay and made sure to validate beforehand the areas to be massaged (hair, face, torso...)
Rs 7000 per person for a full body massage that you can choose softly or hard!

We were a family of 3 who wanted to have manicure and pedicure all together. We asked if they could handle so many at the same time and yes - they could.
But one of us ended up sitting on the bench at the reception for the treatment. And there was no doubt that it wasn’t all 3 therapists who knew what they were doing.
The place is however cozy and the staff friendly.

The manager was very accommodating. My masseuse (Nayomi) was very responsive to instructions. It wqs a pleasant experience overall.

Staff were very responsive when I messaged for a time. I came to get a full body, 1 hour massage with my sister, we had a huge day of hiking so were really in need of a massage. The massage therapists, Chandra and Radika were very friendly and experienced and were accommodating to our needs. Massage was very relaxing and the music and atmosphere was beautiful, in a very convenient location. Would highly recommend to anyone needing to unwind and relax.
