Namath, it’s a very good instructor . Patient, helpful and introducing his practice and knowledge with passion . And the best of that . Is a local instructor .

Would highly recommed. I had some beginner hatha and tibet yoga sessions with Namal and loved the experience. Namal loves to share his knowledge and it amazed me how much passion he put into the sessions.

Amazing Yoga class in Ella,
Also the only sri lankan teacher in town.
He does amazing work would listen to my needs and wants for every class.
Learned a few new breathwork techniques and a new style of yoga!
Came in as a semi beginner had class with a few advanced students he can accommodate to different needs in one class! Totally recommend 🙏🏽

I shared a beautiful morning class at Yoga Ella! I learned about different poses and practiced sun and moon salutations! Our lovely instructor also incorporated breath work into the class which was great- thank you!

Great experience. First approach to yoga, Namal was very kind and professional. He was able to give me advice for everyday life not only related to the lesson. 5⭐️

Namal taught us many new and challenging poses. His studio is open air style with great view. Nor far from rhe main street. Fairly priced .

The class with Milla was very special, I am on vacation traveling with my partner in Sri Lanka and at our stop in Ella I have met Milla because she teaches at the hotel where we stayed. A class full of wisdom and know-how, he is a great yoga teacher and explains everything very well to integrate and apply it in your daily practice.
If you pass through Her do not hesitate to take a class with him or as many as you can.

Excellent teacher and beautiful yoga class.
I’m a beginner and he was able to explain the exercises in the best way, helping me in the correct execution.
Very helpful, he shared with me the exercises performed during the class via whatsapp so as not to forget the practice and correct posture.
Very recommended! :)

We went as a begginer family and really enjoyed our time with him. The views were great and he was kind and pacient. Strongly recommended!!
