Came here for a massage. Sylvia was lovely, explained the process and what she was going to so, and my hour massage went by in a flash. I've never had a massage before, and I was afraid it was going to be awkward being in my pants being rubbed by a woman I didn't know, but Sylvia was completely disarming and professional. I'll definitely be back.

We’ve been going to the Vitality Lounge for years and the ladies are fantastic. They’re very knowledgeable about which treatments will help with various conditions.

Whether you need a good massage to ease those aches and pains a little reflexology or just a little pampering with a facial you can find it all at the vitality lounge
Treatments by Aggie or Sylvia are well worth a visit in this friendly relaxing atmosphere

Visited for the first time and was told if I paid up front for 4 massages I would get a 5th free. Called to book 5th free massage was was told it was out of date. Was never told about time limits when paying. Not impressed

Myself and my husband have been coming to the vitality lounge for a number of years .
We have various treatments including massages, and facials, all are wonderful treatments . It has always helped ease my back pain and I leave feeling relaxed and invigorated. The two ladies are very professional and always know and accommodate our needs. We will be going here for treatments for many more years, I cannot recommend them enough.

These are two excellent, knowledgable ladies. I have had several treatments here over the past nine months and every time it has been brilliant. I feel that they know my body better than me. I have had massages, reflexology and facials. I alway leave relaxed and happy.

I have long suffered with back problems due to degenerative disc disease. A course of sports massage here has left me feeling so much better than I did before.The ladies here are truly fantastic and so so knowledgable. Highly recommended!

I visited the vitality lounge with my daughter for a full facial which included numerous products and a light massage. I left feeling amazing my skin was so soft and refreshed that I am going back today a week kTer and I am including a full massage to go with it
The two ladies are lovely giving individual advice on your skin needs and no heavy sell
