I had a full 3 hour massage after a long day hiking in Penang Hill (it was much needed). Its a great place, with lovely pleasant staff who will look after you. I generally go for massage in London and its average but this lady was more than an average and was definitely satisfied. She understood the pressure I preferred and enjoyed my massage throughout. I went for body scrub, fully body massage and facial.

書き込みなどをみて予約して行ったのですが、薄暗く客は誰もいないような感じでしたシャングリラの前なので宿泊客目当てのそこらのマッサージ屋さんです。お値段的にはペナンにしてはお高め、KLの競争が激しいエリアのほうがいいかもしれません。

Clean and traditional environment. The chair was comfortable to get related and masseur was skillful with years of experience. Stuffs are friendly and made sure comfort. Highly recommend.

Fantastic massage quite hard pressure which I like as I work out a lot . Therapist was very good although did not speak very much English, she pointed out a few problem areas ie in my neck and seemed to concentrate on certain problem areas . Good value for money and clean. I’m planning on going back before I go home .

Came here last year and it was not bad.
This year it was terrible.Therapist was on the phone and very little idea on what a great massage should be.
Requested neck area , hardly massaged it.
I normally tip after the massage as well, but I was that disappointed I offered nothing.
Won’t be back.

Apparently a pedicure here does not include scrubbing, removing dead skin cells or a massage it only includes toenail cutting & clean then they charge you $20 AUD for it! We also made a booking well in advance for 4 people only to have to wait for a therapist to arrive 15 minutes late so one of us had to wait 20 minutes before their treatment even started. Out of 4 therapists apparently only 2 could do the ‘pedicure’ which we had booked on top of a reflexology which defeated the whole idea of trying to get treated all at the same time. So we cancelled the other 2 ‘pedicures’. 4 reflexology treatments & 2 pedicures came to almost $200AUD. Note: make sure you have enough cash to pay (if you want to avoid transaction fees) as when trying to pay by credit card their machine could only accept payments of 300Rg at a time which meant conducting 2 separate payments.

I was initially skeptical because of a number of bad reviews on Tripadvisor but was desperate for a massage and this was the closest to our hotel so gave it a go. It was excellent. Service was fantastic, and the massage itself was great. The masseurs didn't speak much English, but understood enough to communicate when to increase / decrease pressure. They were also really flexible with areas of the body that I preferred them to focus on. I'd definitely return next time I'm in Penang.

My recommendation to all. The service is good and value for money. The management is efficient and superb. No worries about transportation cos can be arranged for any hotel pick up. The location is right infront of Shangrila Rasa Sayang Resort Hotel Batu Feringgi, Penang.

masseuse was on the phone while using one had to massage...she had no idea what she was doing... quite painful massage although told her number of times to go lighter..
my partners masseuse was also horrible...she just press the skin...it seems no understanding of massage what so ever.
place looks good from outside...but clearly service is nowhere near that. also there are no proper massage bed...quite uncomfortable to begin with.
if you want to pay for terrible massages...this is the place...
PS: they also dont accept card...

ホテルから送迎がでていて便利でした。お店もきれいで、店員さんの感じもいいです。
技術も可もなく不可もなく、値段相応ではないでしょうか。
スパは割とたくさんあると思うので、かならずしもここではなくてもいいような気がします。
