My Wife and I decided to try the massage here as we stay in Lone Pine which is very convenient for us to make reservation. The Balinese massage was good and the ginger tea after the session was refreshing (hot and spicy). Only one comment is that the smell of the essential oil, not sure is it too strong as I sneezed and had runny nose after the session.

I stayed in lone pine hotel for a couple of nights and decided to try out their day spa as I was too lazy to walk out. No regrets! It was a great 2.5 hours of relaxation for only RM350 - I started with an invigorating body scrub followed by a very relaxing oil body massage. The lady did a fantastic job, I would definitely come again!

We enjoyed this so much we came back for a second visit! The 60 minutes flew by, the masseuse had very strong hands and really got into my sore back and shoulder, avoiding my dodgy knees. Felt very refreshed afterwards. My husband had the relaxing massage and I could hear him snoring so that obviously worked! The spa is clean and smells inviting. The treatment rooms are like individual cabanas. Really tasty ginger tea provided before and after. I am sure you could get cheaper at some of the spas along the strip but excellent value for money in my opinion for the safe, clean and friendly environment and service. Would thoroughly recommend.

A brilliant place for relaxation - super clean, tranquil and calming. The therapists are excellent. I visited two days in a row for massage and body treatments and left feeling rested and amazing both times.
It’s very easy to book appointments. Simply use the chat function on their website to make your booking. Excellent customer service all round.
Cannot recommend highly enough! 6 stars!

I’ve gone to several massage places in town but this was the best yet. Professional. The massage therapist listen to my request for areas to focus on and what I wanted. I would highly recommend this place to any local or traveler. I will be going back here again.

There are definitely cheaper massages on offer but not in the beautiful ambiance of the spa. The room was perfectly air conditioned but the table warmed to give you a perfect balance. I went for the 1 hour purity massage and a 1 hour hydrating facial and came out spending just over $100 AUD. I’d pay more for just the massage at home in an equivalent location. And they were able to fit me in same day (also one of the few “fancy” spas that have their prices online. My masseuse was talented and friendly. I’d come back for sure.

The therapist Lina was good
Ok what happen was
I booked these and here’s the ratings
1. Purity facial 3/5
2. Massage back and shoulder oil 4/5
Overall :
Customer service 4/5
Ambience 2/5
I was alone in the spa there was no one
Freaking me out and I have to ask them to have some music,
The product they use for facial is strong Germany, so after applying the mask
It was spicy hot and burning
Lina quickly remove the mask and stop the treatment she said the product was strong and she didn’t charge me for facial so it was handled very very well
Overall it’s good but if you have sensitive skin then a no no

A beauty therapist salon owner also .
Had Full body scrub & massage. Then a facial was a full 3 hr experience. The therapist technique was strong and firm very polite. There isn’t a spa to soak in you have to have a shower to wash the scrub off but that’s ok . Recommend you visit lone pine spa

If you are in the Batu Ferringhi site, there seem to be a couple of beach sites offering massages, and certainly a couple off Jalan Sungai Emas. However, this option (set within the rather lovely environs of Lone Pine hotel) seems to strike the balance between serenity, price and good reviews - and so I duly signed up. The morning I opted for the massage, there was no airconditioning on site, but the staff were upfront about it and it wasn't too hot in the end. The entrance and waiting area are pleasant, and staff friendly. The massage was strong and exactly what was required, delivered with minimum fuss. The only slight downside was the absence of any tea or generic refreshments after the session, I don't know if this was because of the abnormal ventilation episode, or is a reflection of the price, but a little TLC after the session would help round off these sessions in a reflective frame of mind. Nonetheless, recommended.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us with such a fantastic review.
Unfortunately during the time of your visit, Lone Pine hotel was upgrading it's facilities. This had an effect on the running of our air conditioning unit which thankfully is in full operation again.
We apologize that you did not experience the full Pure Energy Spa pampering which includes a lovely cup of in-house brewed ginger and brown sugar tea. Please drop by if you are still in the neighborhood for a refreshing cuppa.

We were staying in a nearby hotel and read the reviews about this spa, so decided to pass by to check them out. The spa is located on the ground floor of the Lone Pine hotel.
We booked a massage and a scrub for the following day, but since one of us got a bit of a sunburn, we asked them to replace the body scrub by a massage.
The space is very clean and inviting, allowing for a relaxing experience.
The massages were very nice with just the right amount of pressure.
Overall it was a very pleasant experience!
