The paths are very difficult for wheelchair users to drive as there are many bumps and potholes. Accompanying person who is therefore urgently needed, but still gets only 50 cents discount from the regular admission price.

The toilet...a single disaster!!!
Hardly any light, the stench like in the predator's house... there's probably been a saving on cleaning the last few weeks.
With children absolutely not recommended....
Since the toilets were so dirty we did not try the gastronomy for safety reasons....
Otherwise a nice place with nice play facilities, the attractions like roller coaster etc. costs unfortunately extra.
The staff I would recommend training on friendliness....

Admission is not discounted for large groups. Sale of tickets was not very accommodating. The playgrounds offer no shade. Toilets are only in the entrance area and are not adequately cleaned. In the castles etc. as an adult you cannot help the children in case of an emergency.
Extremely many wasps at the picnic facilities.
The indoor playground is the highlight for children

For parents with children it is a super nice offer with a lot of play and the animals to pet.
However, I find it not really interesting for a couple without children and the entrance fee of 10 € is also too expensive.
Walking in the forest is otherwise free.
The toilets were too dark and too dirty.

It was our first time in the park and we were pleasantly surprised.
The entrance fees are reasonable.
If the entrance fees are too high for a full day in the park and the barn, you should take your children or grandchildren on a cable car.
As the large selection of play equipment is of course primarily intended for children, we would have no problem if the entrance fees for children were €10 and adults were cheaper.
Parents and grandparents cannot usually use the play equipment in the play barn, the climbing houses on the circular path, trampolines, etc. to the extent that they are intended for the little ones.
As far as a "spontaneous" visit goes, it is the same as with all other leisure activities.
You just have to prepare accordingly in order to be able to make full use of the offer, whatever the weather and whatever the season.
The park, its offer and the requirements are, in our opinion, adequately described on its homepage.
Anyone who values sustainability these days should not expect to find a barn at a comfortable temperature. In other words, there is always room for a hat, (rain) jacket and a second pair of socks somewhere.
The facilities in the play barn require a certain amount of movement anyway, which at least meant that our children did not freeze at around 10° room temperature.
The building is dry and clean.
What more could you want on days with mixed weather?
The parking spaces could be tarred or paved... yes, of course.
But it doesn't have to be.
You go to a wildlife park, among other things, so you also move around outside, on forest and gravel paths.
Espadrilles or simple low shoes would be the wrong choice here from the start.
The paths on the slopes were pretty washed out due to the heavy rainfall of the last 2-3 weeks.
That was a bit of a hassle with children and handcarts.
We strongly assume that the paths will all be in good condition again on our next visit.
We also needed a pair of tick tweezers for our little one because he had picked up a freeloader on the circular walk.
That can happen in the forest.
When we asked at the kiosk, they had a pair of tweezers ready immediately!

First of all: the absolutely essential reasons for visiting a park like this were very well satisfied. The kids had a lot of fun on the playground right at the entrance (with the ball runs). The trampolines were great too.
There are a few downsides, but I won't let them influence the rating too much, even though it was annoying. Only one toilet was in use and it wasn't exactly super clean. One drinks machine was out, although it was full, and another was broken.
Overall, the circular path with the great playhouses is really great. Partly sunny, partly shady. We used the barbecue area, which was clean and had enough garbage cans. The parking lot is free and we had a great few hours. But I can understand that other families weren't so enthusiastic => in my opinion the target group is a fairly limited age group and once they reach school age the park is probably no longer very attractive.

The entrance fee is far too expensive, the animal enclosures are full of nettles and not pretty, the small ponds in the animal enclosures are completely dirty, there is no good food for the animals and there is no shade for the animals

Great result for children of all ages. There are lots of interesting animals and many are very trusting, they eat out of the children's hands, goats, sheep, deer, and other animals that are just there to look at. In the forest there are two really nice and big playgrounds that are just for children, access via a children's tunnel, parents can watch.
Anyone who complains that there is no gourmet star but only a little something to choose from should probably just bring something with them. It is probably a committed family business and the welfare of the animals is obviously the priority here. So I don't think it's a bad thing if you have to pay €1 for the electronic digger at the first playground right at the start. That costs something in front of every supermarket and you can't even dig sand yourself...
It's great that you can buy anti-slip socks there for the indoor playground (the kiosk and sock sales close at 4 p.m.).
The indoor playground is not heated, by the way, so just dress warmer in the cold season and bring extra socks with you.

The first impression is a little misleading: when you come in, it's not that exciting. The playground is a bit annoying because of the many pieces of equipment that you have to pay extra for. At the back there is a nice bouncy cushion and the animals are more interesting too. The absolute highlight is the Spielstadl, a brilliant indoor playground.
However, points are deducted for the limited food. There isn't much on offer other than wieners and fries. The pretzels were delicious, though.

The entrance prices are completely OK, at least for us (2 adults and children over 10 years old). The Stadl is a dream, our children would have stayed there all day. What I find a bit cheeky are the kiosk prices, for example 5 euros for a paper plate of pasta with a bit of tomato sauce. The portion is a joke, 1 pair of wieners with pretzels were 6 euros, ice cream was terribly expensive.
Nevertheless, great park, bring your own food and handcart, then you'll have a lovely day
