Lovely place to relax! We came on a weekday in spring and didn’t find it to be overcrowded. Prices are reasonable and we enjoyed time in their saunas for an additional price. Our only problem was only a couple of signs had english translations which made it difficult to navigate (had a language barrier with staff also) - I have been to baths in smaller countries which have had translations so I don’t think it would be unreasonable to ask for this to be improved, it would make us much easier for us tourists to attend! There are 3 outdoor pools which are heated nicely and one has the view of trees & mountain embankment. Everything was clean, tidy and well looked after. Overall highly recommend visiting here!

Termy to jsou pěkné a blízko hor. když jsme zde byli v létě v chladném a deštivém dni, bylo vše super. Ale teď v březnu jsou venkovní bazény zavřeny a ten který zůstal otevřen, tak je tam chladnější voda. Termy to jsou pěkné, ale raději jezdím do Bialky, je tam i více atrakcí pro děti. Tady to opravdu není nic speciálního.

Nous y sommes allés après une journée de ski et avions peur de la foule en pleines vacances scolaires, et bonne surprise, c’était finalement assez calme. C’était les thermes qu’on nous avait conseillé pour avoir moins de monde. Nous avons passé un moment très agréable et relaxant . Je conseille.

The most disorganised Aqua Park i have ever been in. The staff either gave wrong information or was very unhelpful. The lockers coded wrong and the attendant refused to recode the chips on our hands without making us move our belongings to different lockers. That took an extra 15 mins above site allocated 15 mins(for changing/showers), which was deducted from our paid 2 hrs sauna use time. Why could not paid activity time start from the moment of clocking into sauna or swim zone.
The management clearly prioritised revenue gathering potential as opposed to providing pressure free relaxation experience for the user's.
Over and above that most people entering sauna zone do so without their glasses, just like I did. The screen on time chip reader in the sauna has font far too small to be able to read the time remaining to use the selected zone. While I was there, one other person had exactly the same problem.
In contrast, the German Park near town called Moers had been equipped with screens with big enough font and contrast, for me to be able to use it without my glasses.
It goes without saying that was my first and last visit to Thermo in Bukowina Tatrzańska.

Generalnie bardzo przyjemne miejsce, pod warunkiem, ze nie jest przepelnione turystami. Na szczegolne wyroznienie zasluguja sauny. Bylismy drugi raz i niewykluczone, ze jeszcze kiedys zajedziemy.

We went to Bukovina at the end of a Zacopane day tour and it was a great way to finish of the day. Surprising number of indoor and outdoor pools at various temperatures to suit everyone and the outdoor pools have some amazing National Park views.
Loads of sun loungers and deck chairs to relax in. There is a spa, pretty impressive slides for the kids, loads of pools to choose from to relax in. Easy parking.
Really well organised with the wristbands, so that you can access your lockers with the band, purchase food and purchase additional services – very convenient.
The public area’s were clean, and ample amount of lockers and change rooms. You do need to bring your own towel.

We were there for third time, first time in the summer. What to say, I missed the snow around the pool, where I could lay for a minute and then back to hot water :-D But, that was a great experience although. After some fast hike to Gubalowka and a walk in Zakopane city, it was great to cool down and swim for 60 minutes in the coolest pool. After that hydro-massage and other pools were relaxing. We left the place relaxed and fresh.

Heerlijk gezwommen en gerelaxed in deze baden. Mooie omkleedruimtes, ruime parking en restaurant met veel lekkers. Mooie baden die goed onderhouden zijn en toezicht door lifeguards. Pluspunt voor de vele bubbelbad-areas in de baden en relax ruimtes!

Has anyone booked the 2 attractions directly with the spa (the kasprowy wierch cable car and use of the spa itself)? I just wanted to check whether you are able to go directly to the cable car with the tickets the spa issue or if you need to check in with the spa first? Also, the tickets are in Polish (which I don’t speak). They don’t seem to specify a time for the cable car (just the date). I take this to mean you can arrive at any time on the day but wanted to double check first. If anyone has advice it would be greatly appreciated.

There is loads of bus company's going to Zakopane from Kraków. First you need to get to central Krakow from airport. There is a frequent bus service to city centre (bus station)
If you type in krakow zakopane transport in your browser you will find plenty websites offering transport. Companys like "Szwagropol" or " Voyager" "polskibus" are well known in this region.some may not have English website so try them all to find one in your own language. I'm not sure whether any of them will take you to Bukowina but once you get to Zakopane just catch a taxi. It's only few miles away.

I have planned a trip in January 2019. We are flying into Krakow airport which is the best way to travel to this hotel?? We are looking at a rental car but wanted some options.

Hello
You can get a bus « modlin bus » at the road station in center of Krakow
About 2 hours to Bukowina
You ought also to see the little village Zakopane, not far away from Bukowina.

You can take a bus from Zakopane station. Then a 10 minute walk from the bus stop to the baths.
