It's a scam. They cancel you for bad weather and keep the money.

A scam.
We rented a boat that, for meteorological reasons, had to cancel (totally understandable). Angel told us that he was returning the money, also in the contract that they make you sign comes out that if it is cancelled due to bad weather conditions you try to postpone to another day (which we could not because my friends are not from the island) and in case you cannot, the amount of the Reservation is refunded.
We were canceled on July 21st and today you have not returned our money. At first supposed problems with his bank app, then “tomorrow you have it”, now he no longer answers calls or whatsapps.
Very Pro and very ugly this whole process. My friends and I felt cheated.

SCAMMERS. They make you sign a contract where it says you get your money back if you can't catch the boat because of bad seas, but then when it comes to the truth, you don't get it back. We did it through ANGEL, TOTALLY UNPRESENTABLE. We’ve been claiming our money for a month (more than €300) and after a few weeks of dragging our feet with excuses and lies, they have completely ignored US. We're gonna take other measures because these thieves aren't gonna get away with it.

We spent a fabulous morning with the family, sailing along the Ibizan coast. The boat, a marvel. Comfortable, fast and manageable. We got stuck with a buoy rope and Damián quickly came to help us and above all to give us peace of mind and solve the situation. Thank you very much Damián for your help and kindness.

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT: This is the third time we have rented a boat without a license in Ibiza and this time, we decided to do it with Lizard Boats because of the good reviews it had... Mistake!! It has been a great disappointment as it has not met any of our expectations in the basics.
When we went to pick up the boat, a person from Lizard (a girl from Alicante, I don't remember her name) was waiting for us to give us the boat that we had rented for the whole day.
Now I am going to detail everything that did not seem correct to us:
1. The explanations he gave us about the handling of the boat were very basic, if not non-existent. We expected that the instructions would be like those of daydream boats Ibiza (a company with which we have rented on previous occasions and with which we were delighted) in which after some explanations it would be verified that we had understood everything correctly, this was not the case.
2. When we asked him if the Bluetooth worked, he told us that well, sometimes it did, sometimes it didn't.... In short, it didn't work and we were without music all day.
3. When we went snorkeling we realized that there were no snorkel glasses either!! Oh really?? We couldn't believe it, we couldn't snorkel either :( We travel a lot and something similar has never happened to us any of the times we have rented a boat with or without a skipper in Spain or outside of Spain!! Better or worse there must always be some goggles snorkel in case you want to use them!!
When we arrived and discussed it with the Lizard girl, she told us that she didn't know, that they were on another boat.... Conclusion: We couldn't snorkel either.
3. The drinks did not stay cold for long either (we had 2 bags of ice), but the boat did not have a basin inside the compartment to put the drinks and ice so that they would stay cold all day.
In conclusion, big disappointment with Lizard Boats, we will not rent a boat with them again. We will rent again with Daydream boats, much more professional.

He sacado con ellos la licencia de navegación y Mario explica todo clarísimo y de manera muy amena y habiendo inca pie en la seguridad 100% recomendable

Experiencia inolvidable!! Merece mucho la pena! Nosotros cogimos solo el medio día!! Espectacular! La próxima el día completo. Se pasa volando! Lo mejor, la calidad de los barcos, y sobre todo la atención y el personal! Muy atentos. Cuidando al detalle q no pase nada! Seguimiento gps! Perfecto la verdad!! Nada q mejorar!
