Petite croisière super sympa. Les deux membres de l’équipage sont très sympathiques et attentionnés, ils parlent un peu français.
Le barbecue à bord est surprenant et délicieux .
En mars la mer est fraiche et un peu houleuse mais quel plaisir de plonger du bateau et de nager autour, et au large de la plage surpeuplée de Papagayo.

Great boat. Great captain. We book each time we travel to Lanzarote. Its worth doing the 4hr as you get more time to chill. The food is great and the snorkeling was amazing for the kids. Thanks.

My partner and I booked the 4 hour cruise + BBQ.
First off, just to mention, do NOT book this experience through Yumping, use Chill Out Cruises’ own website instead. The reason for this is that their information was incorrect and they allowed me to book for a date the cruise wasn’t running! Luckily one of the staff members from Chill Out Cruises realised this and phoned me, offering to either book me onto the next available date or fully refund me. It turned out that the only available cruise before our holiday was over was in an hour’s time, and so he volunteered to pick us up from our villa and drive us directly to the harbour so we could make it!
Onto the cruise itself, we absolutely loved it. It leaves at 11am from the west harbour in Playa Blanca. You get about 2 and a quarter hours docked near the Papagayo beaches. You’re free to use the snorkelling and paddle boarding equipment they provide, and then at about 1:30pm they serve the BBQ, which was delicious! Ribs, steaks, chorizo etc. all beautifully cooked. A lot of other boat trips will just serve bland reheated food so this was a real treat.
We went in March and it was just about warm enough to have a swim in the ocean. The boat has multiple seating areas, including a soft mat area to lay back and sunbathe on. There were about 10 of us on the boat, which was perfect, not too crowded. Sangria and soft drinks are provided for free, other alcoholic drinks can also be bought separately.
All in all we had a brilliant time, and would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Playa Blanca!

Our boat trip was such an amazing experience. Really easy booking and good communication. Boat captains were super friendly and so laid back - could of asked for a better crew!!! The ride was really smooth, a beautiful front deck we could lay on and chill, delicious sangria and blankets when it got chilly - before we asked for something it was already offered or explained! Couldn't recommend this trip more!!! It was one of those trips our family will never forget.

Lovely family trip. Great crew. Delicious food, wonderful experience. 4 hours. Good choice of activities including swimming, kayaking, snorkelling, jumping into the sea, etc. would highly recommend.

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 children 12 and 15) did the four hour cruise with bbq. We had a really great trip with friendly crew, beautifully prepared food and lots of fun activities. The children (and adults!) snorkelled, swam, went kayaking and jumped into the water from the platform on the top deck. The length of time was perfect for us. We would recommend this trip to anyone while in Playa Blanca. Thank you to Bruno and Sergio for your care and attention.

We chartered a boat from chill out cruises for 4 hours for my 50th birthday with the girls. It was brilliant, Nathan and LoLo were attentive and knowledgeable. They really made the trip enjoyable nothing was too much trouble.
The boat was well prepared and well maintained. Big thankyou for making my birthday fun.

Great communication, very nice crew, beautiful cruise along the northern coast of the island, snorkeling in blue waters with colorful fish, canoe. No hurry, just chill out and enjoy.

On our final day in Playa Blanca we decided to take this cruise in order to see the beaches at papagayo.
It ended up being so much more!
It's always a small group but on this occasion we had the boat to ourselves.
And it was so comfortable laying out the front being served Sangria as the beaches got closer. We were taken past all the beaches and to the headland so that we could see all the way up the east coast to Arrecife and then turned back to moor by one of the beaches.
There were shoals of fish to snorkel with and it was really easy getting in and out of the water. Meanwhile a delicious bbq was being prepared..
Perfect day and a wonderful end to our trip. A great way to experience the beaches and so much more than just a boat trip.
It ended up being so much more!

Brilliant 4 hour cruise, with 2 hours swimming, kayaking, snorkelling and generally having a great time whilst anchored up off of the wonderful Papagayo beach.
We opted to have the BBQ as well and I can fully recommend it - great food and Sangria was provided (Pork Chops, Steak, Sausages, Potatoes, Salad and Bread)
The Capitaine and colleague were extremely friendly and helpful

Does the boat sail around or does it just go out of the bay and stop and stay in the same place?

It depends on the excursion, if you charter the boat for the boat, you can sail around a bit more. On the most popular excursion our 4 hour cruise with BBQ , we sail to one place, Papagayo beach and stop for lunch and activities. Captain bruno

Hi Manuel. Our party of 8 persons (6 adults and 2 teenagers) are interested to take a private charter tomorrow, Sunday 30th June. We are staying at H10 Rubicon Palace in Playa Blanca and would require pickup and drop off. We were thinking of a 4h charter with a meat BBQ, beer, soft drinks and sangria and some opportunity to stop off at a beach or for swimming. Hello Alexandria, it really depends on what trip you choose, but prices go from 29€ per person for a 2 hour trip to 49€ a 4 hour trip with BBQ. There's also the possibility of a more expensive private charter.

Hi, I booked two months ago for a trip next week and apart from taking my money and sending an automatic booking confirmation I have had no communication from Chillout Cruises whatsoever. Nobody answers the phone or has responded to my messages or an email sent three days ago regarding booking 15726. Can somebody respond to me and my email this week please otherwise I'm starting to think this is a scam

Hi, I’m a little confused from the recent reviews regarding swimming from the boat to the beach?? This isn’t something I’ve ever experienced from a day cruise as normally would be picked and dropped off at the beach. Is this how you get to the boat or an option for guests when having a swim?

It would be an option for guests having a swim. You definitely only board/leave the boat at the start or end of the cruise in the normal manner.

Hi Carol, I am afraid that access to the boat is not wheelchair friendly, even if once inside, in the back of the boat there's quite a bit of space for the person in the wheelchair to move. We've had people in wheelchairs before, but it is essential that the person is not too heavy so we can get him/her on board first. Should you have any further doubts don't hesitate to contact us.
