Sehr leckerer Ziegenkäse aus Lanzarote und relativ günstig. Sehr zu empfehlen! Jederzeit wieder dort einkaufen

We would never have found this wonderful cheeseshop on our own. We were on a guided tour and this was one of our stops for a cheese tasting. All were delicious and many available for purchase vacuum packed to take home. We bought one and were shocked how cheap it was, apparently locals go here to get their cheese. We can see why its worth a drive inland. Wish we could have bought some of the fresh cheeses they were incredible

Una quesería realmente autóctona. Muy buenos productos y además trato excelente. Me llevé varios quesos y botes de mojo para casa ;)

Fuimos porqué habíamos leído que fabricaban unos quesos buenísimos y así es, nos atendió una chica muy agradable que nos explicó un poco todos los quesos y nos dió a probar algunos tipos y nos decantamos por los semicurados de gofio y de pimentón (ganador de un premio este mismo año) y fue todo un acierto muy buenos y muy bien de precio.
Ah! Son todos de cabra.

Siamo andati per procurarci il formaggio locale per una cena in casa col vinello vulcanico locale preso alla cantina Vega de Yuco. Siamo andati a una prima fattoria in mezzo ai campi appena fuori San Bartolomè ma una rubiconda e gentile signora ci ha detto che non fanno vendita diretta ma solo nei mercati rionali giornalieri. Poi siamo andati a quest'altra fattoria in zona, questa però organizzata anche per la vendita al pubblico. La simpatica signora al bancone ci ha fatto assaggiare le loro varietà di formaggi il tenero, il semiduro (3 mesi stagionatura) e il duro (6 mesi). Abbiamo preso un pezzo di tenero insaporito al peperoncino e una fetta di duro, che ci son piaciuti anche per gli ottimi prezzi ossia sui 10€ al kg .

As if from nowhere doors opened and shops seemed to appear. When we parked we thought we'd got the wrong place, it was like going back in time. There were lots of little, truly artisan" shops, bars and coffee shops and we ended staying for a couple of hours.

Als Käseliebhaber mussten wir natürlich der Queseria El Faro einen Besuch abstatten. Der Verkauf findet in einem kleinen Raum auf dem Produktionsgelände statt. Nachdem wir geklingelt hatten, wurden wir von einer sehr netten Dame hereingebeten. Uns wurden sämtliche Sorten zum Probieren angeboten. Darüber hinaus hat die Queseria diverse Weine im Sortiment und Marmeladen und Saucen. Wir waren erst etwas skeptisch, weil es sich durchweg um Ziegenkäse handelt, aber dann so positiv überrascht, dass wir gleich einen Vorrat für zu Hause mitgenommen haben. Leider konnte die nette Dame nur Spanisch, aber interessant und schmackhaft war es auf alle Fälle. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

De viaje en por Lanzarote decidimos llevarnos unos quesos típicos para la familia, buscando en internet encontramos esta quesería y la verdad es que muy contentos, se encuentra muy cerquita del centro de Teguise, la granja está pegada justo a la carretera y tienen una pequeña tienda donde venden el queso. La chica que nos atendió fue muy maja y nos dio a probar varios quesos además de comentarnos los múltiples reconocimientos internacionales. Sin duda una parada recomendable y un queso excelente sobre todo el curado de pimentón!!

Me fijé en esta quesería al pasar por la carretera y buscándola por Internet vi que tenía buenas opiniones. Son merecidas. Genial queso a precio asequible. El mejor, el ahumado. La mujer que me atendió muy agradable. Recomiendo este establecimiento
