I wasn't expecting much from mid winter, off-season Med to be honest...I glad to say I was wrong. The diving was good, Marcin (DM) is a pro and a pleasure to dive with, the equipment in good condition (not one busted O-ring all week) and the biggest Doris nudi ever, I kid you not as big as this S21 I'm typing on.

My girlfriend and I have had our first diving experience with Black Frog. They helped us getting comfortable under water really good and took time to help us. We saw beautiful fish. We reccomend it!

Spectacular diving and fun center of the Malaga coast, super professional and friendly people.
We made a purchase of padel surf cressi with them and it is one of the best purchases I have made, table greatly reduced compared to the official page, professional finishes...

Black Frog Divers is the best place to dive in Torrox Costa and surroundings. Sara and Marcin are awesome. Nice places to dive, a great experience!

I went diving today (April) with Ola and it was fantastic.
Dont be scared that waters will be too cold in April... they are not. Well we had 2.5mm shorty and 5mm long Wetsuit on and still enjoyed it. So dont be scared... just do it ;)
I always felt safe and Ola pointed out and knew so much about marine life that i wouldnt have seen/known yet.
They speak Spanish, English, Polish and are really nice and knowledgable.
We saw cuttlefish, triggerfish (yes, really), rays, congers, an octopus and many beautiful nudibranches.
So now its your turn to try them yourselves ;)

The course has been fantastic. Very professional and serious, but at the same time very detailed and polite. I recommend it without a doubt. Some great professionals. Our instructor has been OLA and we are very grateful for her professionalism, dedication and patience.

Over the past 2 months I’ve had the pleasure of diving with Black Frog Divers, first booking a 10-dive package and then coming back for another few dives. All the staff are professional, extremely friendly and helpful and the dive team are enthusiastic, knowledgeable and chilled in their approach making it a very enjoyable experience. Although chilled I felt that safety always came first and at no time above or below the water diver’s safety was ever compromised.
All dives where shore dives based around the Marina Del Este area depending on weather conditions.
Sara did an excellent job in arranging and scheduling my diving over the 2 months. Thanks for all your help!
The dive groups are kept small which made the dives very relaxing
A big thanks! to you all I’ve had a fantastic time, keep up the good work and I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Southern Spain.

I truly can't recommend Black Frog Divers enough. I got my PADI Open Water Diver certification with them. I was originally hesitant about getting certified with a dive shop I had never visited before, but the reviews online were promising, and I knew I had made the right choice as soon as I entered the center and was warmly greeted by Marcin and Ola. The whole team is amazing, so kind, and was super flexible with me through some scheduling difficulties, but Ola is who made the whole experience so amazing. She was my instructor for the course, and she could not have been more patient or informative. I feel like I truly could handle anything that gets thrown at me in my future dives. She taught us all of the required skills and was so supportive when we needed more than one attempt, and was just as excited as we were when we successfully completed them. She clearly gets a lot of joy not only from diving, but from teaching others to enjoy it as well. I am so thankful for her and will keep her lessons in mind on all of my future dives. Whether you're a brand new diver or an experienced one, do yourself a favor and book a dive with Black Frog Divers!

We had two days of diving and snorkelling for the whole family. Black Frog Divers are very professional and it all went smoothly. We had a wonderful time, there was so much to see.

My 16 year old son wishes to have a go at scuba diving this week, never done anything like this before. We are English. Can you help at all on such short notice. Cannot do Thursday 5th.

Hi!No problem at all! We have a program for beginners called
Discover Scuba Diving: 85€
This program is part of a basic Open Water Diving course and include:
a theory part ( the instructor explain to the diver how to use the equipment, how to behave underwater, including what to do and what not to do in order to be safe)
and a practical part: 4 easy exercises to repeat in the water with the instructor.
Plus a guided dive to practice and explore in a safety depth between 6 and 12m.
As it is part of a course, we will give the diver a certificate ( that has a validity of 1 year). You will be registered as PADI members and you will get a little manual to keep.
That also include: full equipment, insurance, transport and snack&drink to enjoy on the beach.
We have availability for Tuesday 03, Wednesday 04 and Friday 06. Morning 8:30am at the shop. Let me know! Please confirm with an e mail or a call: 0034611349235

In the area August- my 9 year old is desperate to experience a dive, I know she's too young for the equipment ECT but wondering if you offered anything for her age group ? She has completed a snorkling course- kind regards AJ

Hi!! Thanks for writing us! In Andalucía kids can not dive in the sea under the age of 12.the only program we can offer is the Bubble maker. A complete,fun and safe activity for kids from the age of 8,in the safe water of a swimming pool. On our website you will find more information about what is included and the price. Hi guys, due to come over week after next. Looking to dive on wed 6th (due to flight home on the 9th). Both myself and husband are open water cert but our friend isn’t and hasn’t dived before. Can you accommodate the 3 of us on the same boat? Also are spectators allowed if they want to come aka his wife and another friend if not no problem they can relax on the beech. Please can you let us know and also costs thanks

Hi Rachel, Thank you for the message. Yes, no problem, we can accommodate you on the 6th of Jun for couple of dives :). We do have a boat dive on that day, but the boat will go to the dive site that is not suitable for someone who never dive before, however you can dive altogether from the shore, dive sites from the shore are super nice and very recreational. You can see a lot of cool animals and interesting topography. If we will have space in our vans your friends can come along, if not they can join us at the dive sites driving their own car so you can spend the whole day together. There is a nice bar where they serve great "pinacolada" and great food! One dive cost 35e, two 70e, scuba diving equipment cost 10e for the whole day, insurance is a must in Spain and so if you don't have your own that is a cost of 6e per day. As for your friend that wish to try this fantastic sport the cost for Discover Scuba is 85e and that includes all he need to dive, a second dive for him is optional and it cost 35e only. Keep in mind that we rent some snorkelling gear for the rest of your friends if they wish to have fun in the water to:). Is it possible to dive without wet or dry suits in June?

Hi Chris! Around June the water temperature can be 23°- 25°. We don't suggest you to dive without suit. A drysuit would be too much. A 5mm wetsuit is always good in south Spain. Being close to Gibraltar channel, the water temperature can be a bit unpredictable. I hope i answered to your question but if you have any doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us! Kind Regards!
