‪This is our second time doing an escape room at Containment. This time we took our 9 and 12 year old with us and tried the Sub. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and managed to escape with a little help. I'd highly recommend. Looking forward to trying the new room soon. We've tried other escape room companies but the rooms at Containment are the best by far. ‬

‪The room itself was amazing and very immersive! the puzzles were very clever and it was very satisfying to solve them. Special thanks to the host for hosting us & providing hints and for taking a sort of last minute booking! When im in the area again, i will be coming back :)‬

‪We did the Submarine which I highly recommend. Toby was excellent today. It was a brilliant experience which we all enjoyed. Will definitely be coming back to do the Lab.‬

‪Really good fun, got my brain working. Very different to other escape rooms I’ve been to. Lovely staff and set up.

‪Took our sister for a surprise for her 50th birthday. Weren’t sure siblings and brothers in law would be a cohesive team (!) but turned out we weren’t too bad and we made it out the Sub alive! Such an excellent time and the whole process was seriously well run and very slick. Obviously we could have done it without Fergus. What a legend…😉🙌‬

‪Great set up well controlled. We did The Lab but didn't escape sadly. Haven't been in an escape room since 2019 and it goes to show you have to be in the mindset. We recognised a lot of elements but couldn't connect them. Very good set up and it was a difficult one.‬

‪Did not get an experience as company would not reply to our emails post pandemic‬

‪Containment Zone did not reply, did not or would not honour gift vouchers post pandemic? We had been gifted vouchers for £50 to put towards experience at Containment Zone - company first replied at start of pandemic but as pandemic continued they no longer answered any emails regarding using the £50 - expensive mistake - all other companies we had to deal with just kept extending expiry date till end of pandemic‬

Firstly I am sorry if you have been up unable to use a gift voucher from before the pandemic. We are however still honouring all vouchers from that period. We do not knowingly ignore emails, therefore I am not sure how yours have been missed. Have you tried giving us a call? We are available to chat most days and are more than happy to help. If your voucher had an expiry date we could quite easily extend it for you as we have done with all other vouchers purchased at that time Please give us a call on 01483399183 and we would be more than happy to get you booked in.
