It's quite good comparing with other malls in Kurdistan.Recommended for everyone from family to a solo shopper.
But the cashier in the hyper market should be little more honest while delivering the changes back as there is no denomination of Iraqi currency below 250 Dinar.They keep the changes without any hesitation or shame

I wanted to visit a different mall and found Majidi on google maps. There is plenty of parking and the mall is clean although very small compared to the family mall. There was a lot of family's walking around when I went about 5pm. It's a 3 story mall with lots of stores. The grocery store(I forget the name), I saw, has fresher and nicer fruits and vegetables than the Carrefour at the family mall. On the third floor is the food court and a kids play center. The one thing that will keep me coming back to Majidi mall is that there is a Fatburger in the food court. I don't think the burger was as good as a Fatburger back in the United States but it was very close.

It is a good place for shopping but not big enough but it have a good location for car parking and also it have a nice play games for children.

Average in size for Erbil, with the usual range of clothing and perfumes. Possible to have a very good cappuccino with chocolat cake in one of the so-called Italian café on ground floor. The two reasons why I shall return is the fresh fish stall at Carrefour offering a reasonable choice including bream, bass and salmon, the second being the new bottle store just by the parking. This shop is brand new and offers a good choice of wines well kept. Nothing special if you can visit the duty free shops on the road to Ainkawa and Diwan hôtel. What makes it attractive though is the very good choice of whiskies including a good selection of reasonably priced single malts, as well as the choice of brand cognacs, vodkas and champagne.

Visited it as it was close to the place where we stayed (Dedeman hotel), has few brand stores. A toy train for small children which seems to be also present in family mall, and slew of restaurants. We dined in Valenczia an Italian restaurant and had good vegetarian authentic pizzas and mushroom soup was delicious too.

It is nice mall, organized , and good brands and shop, very nice restaurants, and easily accessible by taxi, but the toilets are not very clean.

the place is good and has many varieties under one floor, you may have tools, garment, fashion and hypermarket. parking area has good space and place is comfortable to move around.

It is small shopping mall with Turkish and international brand. But 90% of stores do not accept visa or master cards only deal with cash!!!
If they do so they will charge you more 3%!!!
It was soulless mall at 12 pm and no customer you can see there.
In my mind family mall is much better and more beautiful.
Has good. Theme park for kids that is its advantageous.
Totally visit for one time only can be good!

It's a nice mall to visit once but don't expect too much of it. It is quit small and if you just want to go and stroll around in the mall, you'll be done within 30 minutes. The cafe "coffee bean & tea leaf" serves a good coffee and the italian restaurant and Pizza Hut in the food court area are good options if you want to eat.

It is a nice mall but what can I say, not much to do. The shops were ok but not authentic. I would recommend a visit to this mall.
