Disclaimer: If you are from West Bengal you might get caught in their trap.
We were a group of 17 from Delhi , wo booked from Bike Kiraya for 8 days and I would like to Thank GOD that we are still alive.
We booked 11 bikes from Bike kiraya and here is our experience:
1. 5 bikes without brakes.
2. 4 bikes without headlights
3. One bike with weared tires
4. 3 bikes with weak clutch plate
5. 2 bikes with bad locks
6. Helmets with scratches
They will give you bad bikes and then will ask to pay for everything that is their fault. They will collect local goons who will traumatize you to pay extra and will misbehave with you. This happened with us.
Guy called Dipankar is the real culprit with the owner and he tries to thug you with every of their tactics.
I have attached pics of everything that proves that I am saying is legit.
PS: They get 5 five reviews from Bengal for every bad review that they get from outstation people.
This is not my last review and will keep posting till their bad practices are visible with their ratings.

The owner here is very friendly and helpful, he planned the whole trip for me, so that was the best part of my trip because I have never been here in Sikkim and I have no knowledge about the roots and roads.i definitely come back here, and also the bike conditions was very good and well maintained. Loved there service 👍🤝

This is one of the best bike rentals in SLG with a huge variety of bikes available at a very affordable price range. And they even provide you with riding equipment at an inexpensive price range. The owner and his co-worker are very generous .

Renting can be a nightmare if you succeed in renting a flawed vehicle. However, Bike Kiraya ticks all the checkboxes once and for all before they sweep you off your feet with their charisma and professionalism. Leaded by Mr. Sujit, this renting organization has a myriad of bikes to choose from, all after you have had your test tides on them. Once chosen, the bike is completely checked and cleaned off for your trip. Excellent brake shoes and brand new tyres are a standard for these guys. Minimal paperwork and complete roadside assistance by the boss himself makes this org stand out from the rest of the lot.
To sum it off, professionalism meets jovial friendliness once you meet the owner. Try it once to believe it.

Had awesome experience right from test ride before taking the byk, cleaning the byk, changing break shoe etc. Clutch cable got tore in Darjeeling and I replaced by my own for Rs. 200 and upon arrival 200 Rs was reimbursed without asking a question and for any bill. Very friendly and easy process. Would recommend to everyone for a wonderful experience.

I’m from Bangladesh. What is the requirement to rent a bike. Do I need security money ?

I would like to ride to Latpanchor from Siliguri with a pillion on a RE 350 Preferably Electra or Classic. I need the bike on 21st September till 24th September. Would you kindly inform me the rental period day and formalities to be done before hiring from you.

RE 350 will be Rs.1200/per day most probably. As i have taken at this rental.. You can vist their website and reach them over phone for further information.
