Good for flower lovers only. Else for people who want photo ops to take. Can give a skip unless you want on bucket list

It has very different colors of flowers so its a good place to take a lot of pictures and to learn about.

Unfortunately visited in offseason but still the place has really good and a different experience. Especially the green house is fantastic.

A small flower exhibition that you can visit if you are in Gangtok. The entry ticket is only 10 rupees. You can spend about 20 mins here.

A very poor show. In the limitted space available very few varities of plants were kept. Not even of the standard of a home garden

Must visit in Gangtok, we were amazed at the wide variety of flowers and orchids present. We took a lot of pics inside the hall. You can also purchase flower bulbs from here.

You can see many varieties of flowers here. A small bridge is also there. When we went a photoshoot was going on.

Several nice flowers but I would suggest going to Plant Conservatory near zoological park just outside Gangtok instead. That is bigger and better.

As I am a flower lover, my family enjoyed a lot and the rare collection of Orchids and other exotic flowers are a treat to match with a paltry amount of entry ticket. We waste a lot of money in other amusements but the exotic varieties of flowers are worth seeing and give credit to Gangtok's administration

November to April are the best months to see a variety of flowers , especially the beautiful orchids .
September would definitely have flowers , in limited varieties .

U can take a cab and go there . It takes only 10-15mins to reach there.
But we preferred to walk along the clean pavements, explore the city roads and visit the Flower centre in a cheap way :) .
U can walk through the Nam Nang Road to Bhanupath Road, then take the staircase and move to Ridge Road. Beside the Chogyal Park, u wll find the Flower exhibition centre.

Not been there in November. But since the orchids grow in a controlled environment they should be blooming. All the best.
