‪Sea Breeze restaurant is actually encroaching the beach since it stands on the sand. If you are a customer of this affordable seafood outlet there is a concrete steps going down to the beach. It is not a private beach because it's open to the public on any day. If you happen to take your lunch here on a weekend you would notice scores of picnickers under the coconut palms and under the trees. Motorcycle riders usually converge here on Sundays doing some swimming and conversing about their adventures on their iron horses.
Since there are no resorts nearby I suggest you get a room at Sea Breeze budget hotel so you can use their shower rooms after dipping in the sea and rolling on the sandy beach.Although it is not white, the sand is powdery and stretches up to the airport area and toward the Bucana barrio in the boundary of Dapitan.
You may use the second floor of the restaurant to drink your beer in the afternoon. The use of the karaoke is free. If there are other tables being occupied, your singing session is limited up to three songs, then the mic would be passed on to the next table.
The bottom line is that you have a free beach and you could swim the whole day. No night swimming allowed since there is no light on the beach nor lifeguards since the hotel is not a resort. For Dipolognons, the Sicayab is the nearest public clean beach for weekend celebrations for free.‬

‪Nice, wide, and lengthy beach that stretches for miles.
Nice cheap restaurant called SeaBreeze averaging 120Peso (US$2.20) for each dish of above average taste. In the evening, the upper floor provide free karaoke uses of equipment. Nice atmosphere.

To stay overnight, across the restaurant is seaBreeze budget hotel with aircon rooms (avg 600 peso or US$ 13) bookable from Agoda. Its quite safe. Security guards.
To get around, you need to make use of the motor & tuk tuk there to bring you to the main road.

Please do visit the orphanage "Carmelite Home for children"‬

‪Mooi maar niet zonder gevaar. Rotsig en glad. Prachtig als ze aan het duiken zijn. Stond er versteld van, hoelang die duikers onder water kunnen blijven.‬

‪Get to one of the most private hidden beaches in the Philippines! Follow the signs for Sea Breeze cafe / restaurant (always a cool place to hang out for while) off the main National Hiway. From Sea Breeze, just walk south down the beach. Keep on going past the PNP Police Camp.. There's then a 2 meter high sea wall all along, between the sea and the Airport runway, for the next 2 kilometres. This concrete wall guarantees your total privacy and seclusion from everyone else. Skinny dip or whatever, just sunbathe or swim in total seclusion and privacy. The beach is fine soft medium brown sand, the ocean is deep blue and your body could get an all-over tan...‬
