Not bad.. but just for who is in visa runs.. even they are painting.. the AIRCON was liking and I had water in the room floor all time... but AC it works.. very easy.. bed and TV.. nothing special, but i could at least sleep, no noise at all.. price... mmm, i could pay this money for a better one.. but is quite close of everything as i said.. good luck.

Like most of the guest house owners in Malaysia, this one is equally rude,unfriendly,unwelcomingand racist.He will ask your nationality first before even telling you that any room is available or not.If you are an Asian then all the rooms are booked & there is no rolm for you!
The cafe is ok for a drink or so but I noticed that locals are not allowed here.

エアコンが入ってないから、「エアコンを入れてくれ」と言ったら、「ゲストハウスの客じゃないから、入れられない」と言われ、じゃあ、エアコンなしで、パソコンを使おうとしたら、パソコンの電源を切られました。
あんな主人で、何の問題も起きていないとは思えません。
