My last massage was in pre-covid era. I have certainly overworked during the pandemic and have been on LMS cream almost daily by the end of it. Right after my exam, i splurged for the complete renewal package, and money was well spent. Scrub was good and very pleasant, my skin felt so soft immediately after. The massage: magical. All the “knots” were gone! My therapist was Joyce, her massage was hypnotizing, i slept all throughout the massage. Highly, highly recommended!

Today I had my first massage since the MCO. Amy was my therapist and it was well worth waiting so long. The spa honored the SOP and made it a wonderful treat. Thank you ladies. A must do, even if you are just visiting.

My husband and I had 2 massages there. We were greeted with a lovely herbal drink and chose which oils we wanted for the massage. I chose jasmin and my husband chose ylang ylang. Both massages started with the feet being scrubbed and washed in a bowl of warm water filled with spices and herbs. My husband's 1st massage was the back, with Sasha, and though she was petite, she was very efficient and massaged away all his aches and pains. I had a foot massage, with Leonore, which was lovely. 2nd massages were head, neck and shoulder. Again, very efficient with hard pressure, as we had requested. 45 minutes for the massages. And then some fruit and a herbal drink. Even though the price was a bit steep, it was worth it because everything was done in style in a luxurious spa. It was really beautiful, ultra clean, professional and the personnel are such lovely friendly women. Only thing was the A/C being too cold but I asked to turn it down. The massage board was heated from underneath, really great.

Good service and great experience at the spa! Every step they are doing, they will inform me though. Well mannered staff and surely recommended much!

My husband and I were lucky enough to stay at the wonderful Eastern and Oriental in February. We visited the Spa twice and each time it was heavenly. Can't recommend it enough. The staff were amazing and the service impeccable. Can't wait to come back again one day.

What an fantastic spa!! Chose the 2.5 hours special and it was amazing! 30 minutes herbal steam followed by 90 minute massage then a 30 minute head massage. Pure bliss! The Panpuri oils are awesome! Therapist Sasha gave probably best massage I’ve had anywhere! And Ying at reception explained all the different options and therapies and helped me choose! All together the best spa experience!

Luxury Spa experience in Penang located in Eastern and Oriental Hotel Penang . The introduction is very detailed. The therapist is very experience and guide us along the way. We book for the couple experience and uses the couple room which was very spacious. You can specify the strength used and the area to focus. Every step they pay attention. Very thorough. After the spa session we feel totally relax. There is waiting room when they serve warm tea and fruits to complete your experience. Highly recommended.

人気のスパということで、奮発しました！旅の最終日に日本から前もって予約してから行きました。悪くはないですが、お値段以上の感動はなかったかな。

We are visiting the Spa , there are very professional and starting from beginning at receptionist until finished the treatment. We are booked the couple ritual almost 3 hrs. My therapist was very good take care and the treatment room very clean including the ambiance of treatment room. Sure will be come back soon lovely Panpuri Organic Spa.

I had 60 mins Prana Stress Relieving treatment. Thank you Ying and Amy, wonderful spa experience and very enjoyable moment. Will back to try hot stone massage as well.

Would advise you to just call the hotel directly at 04-222 2000 and ask to be connected to Panpuri Spa, then just inform them about your reservation

We had it as part of a stay and spa package. It is certainly more expensive than private spas down the road and reflects the status and ambience of the E&O.
