‪Just wow, from the moment you walk in the door the beautiful aromatic smells of herbs and spices begin an assault on your senses. Everything smells so good your nose doesn't know which direction to go in. But fear not, the charismatic owner is on hand to guide you through what is on offer. From simple herbs and spices to home made blends and teas there is something for everyone. Definitely a place to go should you visit the old part of Corfu town.‬

‪Tucked away in the back streets of Corfu Town is this gem of a shop. Great owners- really friendly. Just wanted to buy everything! Herbs and spices that you’ve never heard of. Really interesting. Well worth a visit.‬

‪Petite boutique trouvée par hasard. Je cherchais désespérément du vinaigre aromatisé aux agrumes, je suis repartie avec 3 (Orange, fraise et pomme) plus 2 bouteilles d’huile d’olive. Personne adorable qui parle français. N’hésitez pas à y aller. Ça change des attrapes touristes. Allez consulter son site web et son insta‬

‪We visited previously whilst on a food tour in 2020 and were so impressed that we came back in 2022! The Canadian owner is a massive personality and the banter we had was brilliant. We bought salt, pepper and spice mixes on her recommendation and then did some honey tasting before buying a jar. Highly recommended.‬

‪What a great shop! It’s like an indy bookstore for spice hunters. Racks and shelves of dried peppers, mixes and rubs. Bottles of sauces you rarely see assembled elsewhere. Local olives and oil. This place has it all. Hand blended by the enthusiastic and spice-evangelizing Canadian proprietress, the offerings are wide, imaginative, and I now know, authentic. If she doesn’t have it already mixed, just give her your formula. And as a self-indulgent tourist, I was delighted at all the English language labeling.‬

‪A must visit for cooks!‬

‪One of the things I like to do when on holiday is get a herb or spice mix for a traditional dish from the place we are visiting... Well at Sweet 'N Spicy I got four different mixes! Katerina was so lovely and so helpful, she made us feel so welcome and gave us her business card so we could look up her recipes on her website. There are so many amazing herbs and spices and lots of pre-made mixes that Katerina puts together herself. She also had lots of lovely oils and preserves which we unfortunately couldn't get because we were tied by the 100mls we could take on the plane!

If you are into cooking (or even if you're not) this place is a MUST visit!‬

‪Ein großartiger Gewürzhändler. Es ist ja nicht so, dass man in Korfu bestimmte Gewürze an jeder Straßenecke und in jedem Shop kaufen kann, aber das, was man hier angeboten bekommt, das ist schon was ganz besonderes. Nicht nur, dass es sehr exotische Gewürze gibt, wie schwarzen Knoblauch, sondern auch ganz großartige und fantastisch abgestimmte Gewürzmischungen. Alles ist von erlesener Qualität, dazu kommt noch ein kleines Sortiment glutenfreier Produkte, Veganes oder Bio-Produkte direkt auf der Insel hergestellt. Die Eigentümer sind absolut liebenswert und geben tolle Empfehlungen, sprechen ausgezeichnetes Englisch und machen das Erlebnis, hier zu kaufen, komplett. Vielen Dank, nächstes Jahr seid Ihr eine Pflichtanlaufstelle.‬
