Hi, Laura! Thanks for acknowledging that the game was fun. Your kids actually loved it and still wanted more info about our other games even after you yourself stormed out without saying good bye. Making this distinction is very important. Apparently the problem you had was with the way we treated you. In the real world the fact is that the customer is not really always right. This is one of those instances. You went in the game as an adult to supervise your kids but instead you've been on the phone the whole time. We are actually offering a fun activity that give adults the chance to bond even more with their kids by doing something fun together and contributing with ideas towards solving the mysteries. Being glued to the phone the whole time actually defeats that purpose. We totally agree with you that paying 90 euros to stare at your own phone for an hour it's actually robbery. Much cheaper to do that enjoying the comfort of your own home. When the kids started to yell from the top of their lungs and push each other you kept looking at your phone screen instead of taking responsibility for them. So yes, we had to intervene one time and do what you actually should've done yourself - tell them to stop. At that point 2 of your kids were kicking the door extremely hard. You didn't notice but one of them kicked his head against it. And we would do that again if needed, of course. That wasn't something good for their own well being as they could've gotten really hurt, not to mention the damage to our property that well exceded the 90 euros you generously paid. That was the only time in almost 4 years we had to interrupt a game when an adult was present with a team of young detectives. It's great that you don't want to say no to anything they do or say but it's better to do that on your own time and property. When you are out in society we all need to respect a few basic rules. So we respectfully disagree with your stance on all this and we wish you would give this activity another proper go, even if not with us. Good luck in solving many more mysteries, detectives!
