Bueno. El menú no lo vi, pero los amigos cubanos que nos llevaron nos recomendaron comer pollo o cerdo, acompañado por ensalada y arroz con porotos. Muy buena la piñada colada y las bebidas en general. Tenian de todo. No es caro y muy bien servido. El paseo en lancha está muy bueno.

yes, you dont need to be on the tours, you can get a boatride , Just show up and talk to the bartender. i cant remember the price off hand, maybe 20 cucs a person but dont quote me. we usually get the older shorter gentleman whose english is fair. also we have been using a taxi (govt) gentlemans name is Tito and his english is very good and will stop anywhere for you and answer any questions you may have. 53- 52388677 is his number. call and book at least a day in advance, tell him i sent ya! I agree with cocomojoe. Cuba isn't one for keeping to schedules and bookings may depend on availability and weather. We booked through our tour operator. That way, I knew who to speak to if I had issues.

Hi, the meal is included with the Spectacular excursion. Very delicious! If you do not want to do the excursion, you could take a taxi there as well. The excursion was very good though, many activities, good bang for your buck. Make sure that you go to the restaurant at Pilar beach as well - the lobster was about 25 Cuc, a bit expensive but the best lobster I have ever had. You can get to Pikar with the hop on bus from the hotel. Enjoy your stay at Cayo Coco!
