Rema Kalenga-- a name of jungle which one day will come up in the limelight. And, it is for sure! So many varieties of flora and fauna! But, alas! Fully unexplored. No initiative from Govt Tourism, no infrastructure, nothing. If This Govt fails to protect variation of Rema Kalenga, United Nation must come forward to declare it as Protected. Think everyone has understood the essence of the jungle!!

One of the favorite trail of nature lovers. Most of the people go through Kalenga side, but we went through Rema side and it was so beautiful. We went to Sayestagonj first, from there to chunaruhat bazar by auto then from there to Ream by auto. you have to cross the river and then walk through tea garden and in the end the forest will start. this forst has long trees, wild animals and birds.

Rema Kalenga Trail is most adventurous trail in Bangladesh .
Besides the deep forest and wild animals, tourists will be greeted by indigenous communities such as Tripura, Munda, and Oraw who have been living there for ages. its all about nature

It was the Rainy Month of July 2015, some of my fellow cyclists from BDCyclists organized an MTB Race. I was one of Marshal/ Judges of that race..!
We took our cycle to Rema starting point and cycled to Kalenga through the wild muddy or sandy track..! It was one great experience going to that AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL green reserve forest and cycling there..! Some of the times we passed through the sooooooo green tea gardens..! We also had some local seasonal fruits like jackfruit and mango on the way from a villager who was taking them to the near by village market. Completing the race we returned from there in the late afternoon to near by Srimongal town, Moulvibazar.
What a great day it was...!!!

We went there with Md.pur Cyclist. A group 17 cyclist was led by the local eco tour guide Russel Alam who helped us to find the way of Rema Kelenga through the tea garden. It was awesome uphill/downhill trail for the beginner. We pre-ordered our lunch at Nishorgo Taraf Hill Ecoresort. We explored some of trails to Rema.

Hello, there is a monkey caged in Village Umorpur thana Usmani Nogor District Sylhet. The poor monkey is lonely petrified hungry and neglected. It belongs to Mr Abdul Rob Bari Umorpur he lives in UK left the poor baby monkey seperated from its parents in the hands of his care taker Abdul Noor. Ever since I came to my village from London I kept telling them to either release it back to its proper habitat or give the monkey a partner and provide a bigger cage with branches and proper medical attention, and a healthy diet. I even told A.robs friends and relatives but no one cares. please please help this poor monkey what is happening is very cruel and I don't know what to do. My daughter started crying.

You can not stay overnight in the forest Moshi...! You have to stay in Sreemangal.. then travel to Rema for a day trip.. and get back in the evening..!
There is a tea garden near by Kalenga and if you have connections or conficend that you would be able to convince tea garden authority then you may try them..!
Or, you can anywhere around/ beside the forest but talking to the local people... obviously..!
