This place is terrible. I walked in 10 minutes after purchasing a necklace because the way it was packaged hid the length. After realizing it was oddly long I asked her to politely return it. (After spending 260.00) and she said no. She was extremely rude and couldn't crack a smile. A shame because I'm sure the hotel which seemed nice wouldn't be very happy . Awful customer service and even worse attitude from store clerk.
