‪Esperienza incredibile sotto tutti i punti di vista. Organizzazione perfetta tra trasporti, affitto di attrezzatura, guide selezionate. Il capo dell’agenzia gestisce anche un bell’ostello a Machachi dove è super comodo dormire in modo da avere tutto nello stesso posto: camera, attrezzatura, montagne vicine. Lo staff mi ha aiutato in tutto, anche ad organizzare attività extra. Raggiungere la vetta del Cayambe a 5.800mt all’alba è un’esperienza pazzesca. Consiglio a tutti di fare almeno 3 trekking di acclimatamento prima di tentare la vetta di montagne così alte, specie se arrivate direttamente dall’Europa.‬

‪Unvergessliche Bergerlebnisse‬

‪Wir unternahmen 2 Touren mit Andes climbing und verbrachten 5 Nächte in dem Hostal des Besitzers Diego.

Diego und seine Frau sind außerordentlich freundliche, offene und hilfsbereite Menschen, die uns sehr spontan aufgenommen haben und unsere gewünschten Touren möglich machten.

Wir waren mit Diego im Cotopaxi Nationalpark, wo wir trotz schlechten Wetters bis zum Gletscher gehen konnten und er uns sicher und zuverlässig durch Nebel und Sturm geführt hat.

Außerdem hat uns Diego sehr kurzfristig einen anderen sehr guten ASEGUIM Guide für eine Tour zur Iliniza Norte organisiert. Für diese Tour konnten wir uns die fehlende Ausrüstung bei Diego ausleihen. Diese war ausnahmslos in gutem Zustand, bloß die Schlafsäcke waren für unsere Bedürfnisse zu kalt und wir froren auf dem 4800m hohen Refugio.

Ansonsten war aber auch diese Tour ein unvergessliches Erlebnis und Andes climbing ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! ‬

‪Cayambe + aclimatización‬

Fui con Andes climbing al Rumiñahui y al Sincholagua como aclimatación para el Cayambe. Diego fue el guía para las primeras 2 y Patricio para el Cayambe. La atención fue excelente. En todo momento la seguridad fue la prioridad y los guías se aseguraron de mantener un buen ritmo. El equipo que alquilé de Andes climbing también fue de muy buena calidad. Se nota que tienen experiencia y pasión por su trabajo. ¡Muchas gracias por todo, fue una experiencia increíble! 100% recomendado.

I booked Andes climbing for Rumiñahui and Sincholagua as acclimatization for Cayambe. Diego was the guide for the first 2 and Patricio for the Cayambe volcano. The attention was excellent. At all times safety was the priority and the guides made sure to keep a good pace. The equipment I rented from Andes climbing was also of very good quality. You can tell they have experience and passion for their work. Thank you so much for everything, it was an amazing experience! 100% recommended.‬

‪Contraté subida al Chimborazo. La organización fue impecable, los traslados, la residencia en la casa del montañero, el guía asignado muy profesional, competente, motivador. Todo salió perfecto...y además hicimos cumbre.‬

‪Great mountain view‬

‪We had three great trips.

We did the "Cotopaxi" trail to the glacier (not higher due to volcanic activities).

Next day we had a trip to "Illiniza norte". Due to very good organization, we were the first group at the summit this day. Thanks to Diego and Marco.

The day after we did the "Cayambe" two-day hike with Marco and Raul. Both were really experienced and we were again the first two groups at the summit. The view was perfect. Never saw a better mountain view before.

If you plan to get to the summits in Ecuador chose this agency.

‪Moi drodzy, serdecznie polecam agencję do zdobywania pięknych Ekwadorskich szczytów! Właściciel, Diego, bardzo uczynny, uczciwy, gościnny, służy radą, sprzętem. Współpracujący z nim przewodnicy profesjonalni i bardzo mili. Kontakt możliwy także w języku angielskim. Z agencją byłem na Cayambe (wejście na szczyt) i Chimborazo (niestety zmęczenie i złe warunki pogodowe nie pozwoliły na wejście na szczyt). Gdy byliśmy zmęczeni po Cayambe Diego zaoferował nawet bezpłatnie zmianę wycieczki z Chimborazo na inną. Jeszcze wrócę do Ekwadoru zdobyć króla Andów i na pewno zglosze sie do Andes Climbing. Polecam także noclegi w jego hostelu.‬

‪Fantastic and very professional mountain tours, leading to high peaks with security and lots of learning‬

‪From the first contact point the owner Diego was super attentive, answered numerous questions and tailored a tour for several mountains with me in a joint process.

As I was planning to climb 4-5 mountains in a consecutive manner which increase in altitude and difficulty I wanted to build also a level of trust with the agency and the guide over the time.

This worked perfectly as I also stayed in the wonderful guesthouse run by Diego and his family (Casa del Montañero in Machachi).

Staying in Machachi offers also a lot of advantages over Quito as you avoid a lot of traffic, can recover very well during the rest days, have a beautiful views on many mountains in all directions and feel the connection to them constantly. For me this was also very good for preparing mentally for the hikes apart from the physical part.

Climbing Corazón, both Iliniza Norte and Sur, Cayambe and Chimborazo was a truly special journey for me. We made it to all the peaks apart from Chimborazo, but this was due to higher circumstances such as storm and snow, forcing all present groups to turn around that day at around ~5600m.

I was going with the same guide all the time building up a very good relationship, learning a lot about mountaineering and forming a strong team to tackle the varying challenges of the different mountains.

Also the equipment provided by Diego (Andes Climbing) was in very good condition.

I highly recommend to organise tours with him and also stay in the guesthouse (delicious breakfast, comfortable beds, good prices, lots of smiles ;)

I’m super grateful for the time and will return for sure!
