Where to start?
I didn't know what to expect when visiting this park that I didn't know. And wow. What a disappointment!
There are a lot of things that shocked me, and I'm just mentioning a few.
A poor elephant in a tiny space watching the other two bathe quietly in a pool. Does he ever have access to this pool or is he condemned to live in this miserable part of the pen?
Rhinos have a space that I don't think is suitable for animals of this size. I like to know that animals can run if they wish. This is clearly not the case, they can hardly turn on themselves.
Chimpanzee and orangutan lodges are sad to die. I had the Impression of walking down a penitentiary corridor. Even my children had tears in their eyes as they walked past.
Hell for those animals that have lived here for many years.
As if real animals were not enough to disgust you with a visit to this zoo, you will occasionally find plastic animals in bad condition.
Combining attractions and animals would be a very good idea if it were not to the detriment of animals. But all in all, they are pretty nice, it allows the children to have fun and think about other things than all these poor animals.
The water games are very nice too, the children had fun in the slides and water jets with the buckets.
But the locker room, help. It's time to do something to modernize all this, no real record, the building looks dated to the 80s.
The height at the end of the day: a person walking on an electric scooter in the shop, among visitors. And it doesn’t seem to shock the local employees who let him wander.
We still wonder how a zoo like this can still exist in 2024.
Aren't the leaders of this park going to the other zoos to see the current state of their park?
Animal welfare is clearly not respected here. We're not coming back.

We had a 2-year-old removed from the water park under 38 degrees though the bikini is allowed...found the error

We had a great day
The park is however aging, lacking in maintenance: flaky paints cobwebs, dirty tables, cramped and unmodern dressing rooms.,shabby benches,and very worn play ropes

An experience not to be repeated. Conditions not very ideal for animals. Just a little bit in terms of size. Catering at 6€ a hot dog!! Enclosure dirty and poorly maintained.

We visited this park on August 19, 2024, and I think there's a need for a little
Brush! Looks like cleaning hasn't been done in a long time, dirty windows, abandoned cages, toilets with cobwebs, a cafeteria in the dust, Manoir staff who allow themselves to reflect on the guests who are at the table right next door! And don’t bother to take the internet tickets because the fast cash register is not open!

A park we like to visit in the summer is peaceful (unless there are a lot of people). Many corners to eat where to bring your picnic, corners to change babies..

Following the visit to the park on 19/08/24 ,
This park needs a renovation regarding woodwork, paintings!
From cleaning , maintenance: locations of animals , ice cream is cloudy .... from cobwebs in the toilet , to the reception of the cafeteria above the television , the woodwork is really dirty ! the tables are not very clean and the floor ! Lack of hygiene!
The pitches for the lion and the lioness so the tiger are small!
The mansion staff who dare to criticize guests who are close by! ....
The entrance is a bit expensive when you notice all this!!

Animals are parked in spaces that are too small. They are dirty, malnourished and it is a shame! Seeing these poor beasts like this is not educational

Hello , I hesitated for a long time before writing this comment because it is not in my habit on the one hand and on the other hand I did not want to be attacked by the response of one of the people of the zoo as I could see previously. I therefore share here my feelings even if Madame, you will not agree with my writings!
So we went to this park as a family. We were actually surprised by the thinness of the animals including camels, tiger, lion and so on as well as the quality of the cages of some. Because yes , the use of the word cage is voluntary! So I’m actually no one to know how to feed or care for animals in captivity however I just notice that the animals are amorphous , have skin on their bones , hardly move and circle. Maybe it’s the heat you’ll tell me? But unless I make a mistake, some of them are used to arid environments. Indeed Google is my friend: ex: 3 camels with prone bumps or even non-existent means a considerable lack of fat (and water)! I hear that veterinarians and caregivers do their job and know what they are doing which I do not question but these poor animals struggle to see.... Can free-ranging animals reach a weight of obesity? Okay, but they’re free! In my opinion, the least you can do for animals in captivity is to feed them, I pass on to you the benefits you could get! I am not usually a big fan of animal causes but for the moment I was really touched and saddened by what I could see. I repeat Madame, whatever you can say this is my review!! End!

Je ne vais pas perdre de temps à reprendre vos propos puisque Google est votre ami et à priori Google sait tout. Je vais également peser mes mots afin de ne pas vous "agresser" comme vous dites. Chacun à le droit de donner son avis, cette plate-forme est faite pour ça. Not terrible! this park is good if you have small children the rides are bof bof , some animals are a bit skinny, attractions only for the little ones, disappointed to have made 2 hours drive, me who is next to the safari of skins is really different.

Je suis surprise par votre commentaire car Touroparc est un parc pour petits ET grands où toute la famille peut profiter des animaux et des attractions. Les attractions sont, certes, douces et familiales mais c'est cet aspect-ci que nous défendons et que nous voulons préserver au parc : la possibilité aux parents de partager leur journée avec leurs enfants. Effectivement, si vous vous attendiez à autre chose, il est dommage que vous ne vous soyez pas renseigné avant votre visite !

Bonjour non a ma connaissance pas de réservation necessaire jusqu'en 2019. Actuellement, il vaut mieux telephoner avant de se déplacer suite au Covid 19 et aux conditions de deconfinement et horaires et jours d ouverture. Bonne visite.

Nous allons visiter Touropark à Romanèche-Thorins avec notre camping car prochainement avec nos petites filles de 10 et 5 ans et voudrions rester 2-3 jours dans les environs. Connaissez-vous un camping proche sympa et propre dans les alentours?

Bonjour,
Nous avons un grand parking devant le parc, il n'est pas surveillé mais vous aurez largement de la place pour circuler et laisser votre camping car pour la nuit/journée.
