‪This is a great spot for views across The Mersey to Liverpool.
You can reach it via footpaths or park on the road and then there’s a short walk to the Memorial.‬

‪Had a walk up there today, some great views over Cheshire & into Liverpool. And there's a cliff path that goes for miles. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.‬

‪It is well worth getting to the top where the war memorial is and looking all around you and if you pick a clear day you can see for miles. It is nice to take all the family and let the kids run wild. ‬

‪We have been here before when we stopped at Best Western.
Its just short walk from the Hotel down a path to reach it.
The views are Very Good from the top The Monument itself is undergoing a re furb and can see that the railings outside have been re painted Black And Gold The Monument itself is not visible at this moment.
The Views are well worth looking at and have changed since we were here last.
Worth a look but be aware of the Cliff edges‬

‪Brilliant views of the surrounding areas. Lovely area to sit and ponder war and it's consequences.
Some very good walks around the area.‬

‪There must be an easier way!‬

‪The walk is undoubtedly scenic but the way we took (part of the Sandstone Trail) was frustrating at times. I don't mind climbing, but we seemed to be climbing before the trail would suddenly swoop down and we'd have to start all over again. Bit like snakes and ladders only more arduous. The view is good.‬

‪Impressive War Memorial, Lovely View from the hill‬

‪The War Memorial overlooks Frodsham from the top of Frodsham Hill. A 200m walk from the road to the War Memorial. There are no facilities as such, no cafe, no formal parking, no toilets. Just a good war memorial, nice views and fresh(ish) air. Best on a still, clear, dry day, obviously.‬
