We popped in on our way from Ragusa to Nolo. Late Monday morning, deserted!
Just as we were about to leave, he arrived!
What a force of nature, the enthusiasm, the knowledge, the vision! We had a 30 minute personal tour, no problem at all. No hard sell.
They do tours (pre-arranged), they have evening “events” (not every night).
I would recommend a visit, maybe best to email or call ahead just in case.

The nicest people we ever met offered a wonderful tour & dinner
We came by spontaneously after we read all the great reviews on trip advisor. Fortunately for us Enrico and Rita were so incredibly nice to let us partake in the charity event taking place this evening. (We suggest to book a reservation beforehand via e-mail or phone, we were just lucky :) ).
First up we experienced a tour through the fields of herbs, vegetables and many more plants, guided by Enrico. It was so fun and informative, Enrico mastered the tour in perfect english and italian accompanied by many jokes and facts that kept everyone focused. (The view of the nature was also breathtaking).
After the tour, we got to taste a beautiful 3 course meal cooked by Rita. It was all vegan, because the charity event was held for the organisation LAV, which supports stray dogs and cats, as well as animal rights in Italy.
LAV held a brief presentation of their work, it was so kind, that one of their workers stepped in to explain to us in english, what they were working on.
Everyone was looking out for us, everyone was incredibly nice and so generous, to let us participate!
Thank you to everyone, who made this beautiful evening possible for us, we will definitely donate to the wonderful cause of LAV.

While planning our road trip through Sicily, my family and I discovered Gli Aromi farm and debated whether to make a reservation. After our visit, I'm thrilled that we did. It quickly became a highlight of our trip.
From an insightful crash course in herb farming to an amazing farm-to-table lunch with an unforgettable view, Gli Aromi farm is a must-visit. You simply can't come to Sicily and skip this experience.
We’ll definitely be revisiting when we return to Sicily!

Congratulations to Enrico and Rita. They are creating a magical place, hidden in the hills, above the sea. Our tour of the garden was followed by a lovely vegetarian buffet meal. This is a hidden gem. Well worth a visit to escape the busy streets of southern Sicily,

We had the extreme pleasure to visit this farm while in Sicily. Enrique and Rita are wonderful hosts and it is clear they have a passion for what they do.
We enjoyed a nice tour of their farm with Enrique who is most definitely gifted in speaking. His seamless transition between languages was nothing short of amazing! He is engaging and has a wonderful sense of humor, keeping us interested and laughing the entire time. Of course, he is also very knowledgeable about herbs, giving us lots of interesting information about the herbs.
Then came the lunch featuring many of their delicious products. Rita is a true mastery Chef! Everything was incredible! Do not miss sampling Rita’s homemade jams! Wow!!!! Pairing perfectly with cheese. We ended up buying every variety she makes! …among other wonderful products.
Last, but not least are the views! Wow!!! You can see much of Sicily below and all the way out to the sea. Wonderful place to watch the sunset.

My family and I booked a lunch and tour with Enrico. He took us around his property, talked about the many herbs he grows and also an overview of this part of southern Sicily and his own family's story. He spoke perfect English and is an engaging person. The sea views from the property are beautiful. Then a delicious lunch by his wife Rita. Not only is she a wonderful chef, but she is passionate about rescuing stray dogs in the area. I felt like they were friends by the time we left!

Glu Aromi and Enrico were inspirational! His attitude matched the beauty of the farm and positivity radiates! I highly recommend coming here for a treat for all senses. If you are a traveler, a gardener, a cook, or a passionate eater you’ll have a wonderful time.

An extraordinary evening spent at a farm that specializes in growing herbs & organic house farming.Sunset. Dinner. Local wine. Owner was the most interesting!

Never mind the tasting for which I expected much more given the price. Nothing to say about the place, certainly beautiful.
But all this is overcome by the fact that we were sick, and apart from that we didn't eat anything else all day. As we returned, stomach pain all evening and fever. I go out, I pay, and I have to feel bad, it doesn't seem right to me.

The place is definitely worth it. The owner fully expresses the passion he puts into his work, and it is certainly a reality that requires great sacrifices. Having said that, 30 euros per person for what we ate, also no. They offered us: boiled potatoes, bruschetta with tomato, bruschetta with avocado, bruschetta with courgettes, triangles of cheese, if you wanted you could put jam on top, and an omelette with broccoli. Dessert a pear cut into pieces with ricotta and almond grain. A truly tiring food, they can't fill you up with bread and bruschetta and I don't understand the aromas where I should smell them in dishes like this. Even just a taste of the first or second course was enough to make the experience worth the money requested. I found the 30 euros really excessive. Finally, I paid with a debit card, I asked for the tax receipt and I never received it. Not by message, not by email. If a customer asks for something, I feel it is my duty to satisfy him. I wouldn't go back. I just admire the place and the work to keep it that way.

vedo che questa iniziativa è piaciuta a molti viaggiatori e vorrei provarla anche io.
Sapreste dirmi quanto dura la visita e se si può arrivare in anticipo, prima dell'orario previsto della visita stessa, per trascorrere qualche ora all'aria aperta in questo posto fantastico?

Innanzitutto scusami per il ritardo nel risponderti si puoi andare quando vuoi e fare un giretto anche se è meglio farlo con lui. Il tutto finisce dopo il pranzo verso le due sennò credo puoi anche andare via prima o rimanere un po' dopo. Buon viaggio
