‪Poor hospitality, staff very rude, improper charges, no refund provided even after not permitting to go by them. Illegal stunts performed while paragliding.( Highly risky). They don't check their ropes also.‬

‪Horrible experience. After making me wait for hours, post that declined for adventure sports. Weight is an issue, there is no management, don't even try this place. ‬

Sorry to differ with u, we strictly follow first come first serve basis,more over we have got max no of sanctioned pilots in our company as per the state guideline that is five,so our services are considered to be prompt & one of the best in our region. Off course adventure seekers have to wait patiently for their turn, depending on the crowd the waiting period may last between 30 mins - 2 hour, everyone follow the same,although at times despite of long waiting bad weather conditions ( rains / strong wind / low wind ) may lead to cancellation of our services, as wind get low over the time & this is what happened in your case & leads to revenue loss for us as we refund the total amount to you, infact you should consider the fact that we choose not to risk your personal well being just for the sake of few bucks, we strictly adhere to our sop which clearly suggest not to fly a heavy weight passenger in low wind , nevertheless we missed the opportunity to serve you, better luck next time.

‪Eagle eye one of best adventure sports operators of Bhimtal specially for paragliding near pandeygaon in between Bhimtal and Naukushiatal. they have the most modern gliding gears with very expert crews one can depend on easily because paragliding is very dangerous sport. Very bad news is for quite some time paragliding is banned by Govt. for security reasons.‬

‪Best Paragliding Site in the Vicinity‬

‪I had a wonderful flight yesterday flew for almost 10 minutes as briefed by the pilot, this was my second fly with these guys, witnessed a mesmerizing valley and lake view from the top, will surely recommend to others.

‪Not a great experience ‬

‪We went as a family of 5 of which 3 of us (my dad, wife and myself) wanted to paraglide. We were given tickets immediately upon arrival (booked via sterling resorts) and asked to wait 10 min. Within 5 min, my wife was strapped and off she went. After she was sent off, I was expecting either of us to follow her. But nothing happened. The pilots were just sitting around not explaining anything. 45 min later, after repeated prodding, they tell me that the big gliders (ones capable of 90kg) are not available and need to be brought from the landing site. It took another 45 min of an agonizing wait for them to make it to the site and get ready. Almost 2 hours after arriving on site, I finally take off. The pilot descended rapidly instead of gliding and then had the temerity to ask for more money. We were on the ground in 3 min after 2 hours of waiting. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
These people need to understand that families need to be sent together. You don't send half the group down and make the other half wait. The pilots also didn't explain anything about the glide. There was no checklist, briefings, do's and don'ts etc.
Worst was the rapid descent; these folk blamed the wind, but it was not so. They wrapped up early because there is a shortage of the big gliders that can carry 90kg people.
The one good thing was that the view was fantastic, even though it was cut short. ‬
