It's nice to see how they've attempted to preserve the columns here. There are some nice photo opportunities, but it can get crowded and you might have to wait a while.

This tomb of an aide to three pharaohs is very interesting. There are several rooms full of wonderful carvings showing everyday life of ancient Egypt. It is well worth spending a bit of time here.

The Mastaba of Ti is the tomb of a court official who served three kings during the 5th Dynasty. It is one of the most famous tombs of the Old Kingdom. It is located in the proximity of the step pyramid of Djoser.
The most interesting are the reliefs in the Mastaba of Ti .
They portray the agricultural scenes and scenes of ancient Egyptian daily life.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Es gibt mehrere Gräber und unwahrscheinlich viele Neuentdeckungen, welche nur darauf warten, besichtigt zu werden.

Eine wunderschöne uralte Mastaba mit tollen Wandmalereien! Aktuell ist man dort ganz allein unterwegs, was für eine spezielle Atmosphäre sorgt! Achtung: Sehr viele Mücken sind dort unterwegs, womit man mitten in der Wüste nicht unbedingt rechnet...

This structure predates the pyramids and is considered by many to be the birthplace of stone architecture. Made entirely of stone, the ceiling mimics palm logs and the hall pillars mimic bundles of papyrus. No one really knows what this building was for since there is no inscription, yet it has its own beauty. Located adjacent to the Step Pyramid, it is worth a visit while at Saqqara.

Situated in the necropolis of Saqqara, the Mastaba of Ti is a finely decorated tomb that befits an Old Kingdom official. As an overseer, Ti was able to have a grand tomb that shows life during the Old Kingdom scenes including, daily life, fishing, harvesting of grain and trading. Well worth a visit.

Uma vez dentro da Necrópole de Saqqara, você, com o ticket combinado de 440 libras egípcias, pode visitar todas as Pirâmides e mastabas.
O ticket de 300 libras egípcias permite tomar fotos internas dos monumentos.
A mastaba de Ti, que foi um supervisor e, portanto, uma pessoa poderosa, é belíssima e possui relevos pintados que mostram a vida cotidiana da época do período chamado Old Kingdom (entre 2700 a.C. e 2200 a.C.), que é famoso por ser a época das Pirâmides.
A mastaba de Ti é tão imponente, que ele era conhecido como Ti, o Rico.
Certamente vale a visita e nos faz viajar para a vida diária no Egito Antigo, há cerca de 4500 anos.
Complementa perfeitamente o passeio às Pirâmides.
