Great tour to visit many beautiful caves and beaches in the area. Ricardo is the perfect guide to help you explore te region and its nature.

Um passeio inesquecível! Apesar de remarmos alguns quilómetros, não tem qualquer dificuldade, pois vamos tendo várias paragens pelo meio. Podemos levar alguns utensílios, como telemóvel e máquina fotográfica, que ficam bem protegidos, em sacos próprios. A não perder, para quem gosta do contacto com a natureza e quer desfrutar mais do Algarve, para além das suas praias apinhadas de gente. Além do mais, os profissionais são super competentes e divertidos: o Ricardo (biólogo marinho) é uma companhia muito simpática, que partilha o seu conhecimento connosco, sendo óbvia a sua paixão por aquilo que faz. Só temos a agradecer, fica a vontade de repetir!!!

Toda a experiência foi ótima, desde todo o percurso, todas as grutas e praias que visitámos, à simpatia dos guias, até a todas as espécies marítimas que tivemos possibilidade de contactar no seu habitat natural! Sem dúvida que recomendo

Riccardo and Octavio we're outstanding hosts on our kayak tour with them today. Can't thank them enough for the tour of the amazing caves and cliffs along the Algarve coast between Praia grande (Ferragudo) and a few kilometers east. An absolute must tour if your exploring the Algarve region. Even if you have never Kayaked before, they'll take care of you. You'll also learn a lot about the marine life and history of the area.

Ontem tivemos uma experiência excelente, as grutas todas espectaculares, com o guia sempre a explicar tudo e a contar várias curiosidades a respeito de cada uma. Uma equipa super simpática. Nós adorámos !

Not surprised these guys have a 5/5 rating - Ricardo & Octavian will tow you out in stable & easy-to-paddle kayaks to see some of the stunning cliffs, caves, and beaches, then you can paddle back or hitch a lift. Perfect for adults & young kids alike.
They're both very knowledgeable and good company - their tours are enjoyable and good value.
We had the bonus of seeing some dolphins - the icing on the cake !

We had an absolute stunning kayak tour with Octavian and Ricardo!! We highly recommend this tour and we will for sure come back some day and do the same tour again! Thank you both very much for the experience and the good day together :-)!

Balade sympathique et un peu physique. Guides très agréables. Site rocheux exceptionnel avec visites dans de petits passages + grottes. Belle balade en famille.

We have just this morning had the BEST time on the kayak tour. Our guide was so knowledgeable and fun and full of interesting facts.
... Now I was worried as I've never kayaked before and I'm not that strong AND I'm not that confident on the water, but I loved it. The pace of the kayaking is gentle, the sea today was kind! I wanted to do the dolphin watching trip which was twice as expensive but got out voted by my husband and two teenage boys but we were very fortunate and saw dolphins anyway! We went onto a secluded beach and snorkelled, the guide went and caught an octopus and brought it to show us up close it was amazing.
Basically, if you do one thing on your holidays in Ferragudo / portimao - make it this tour.

A fantastic trip for myself and my 2 kids -10yrs and 9 yrs. Ricardo was amazing and gave us loads of great info about the marine life and the coastline. Great scenery and a really fun experience. Double kayaks allow kids to travel with an adult and Ricardo made sure everyone was happy with what we were doing. The beach stop was great - our "pirate treasure island" and the cave we stopped at last was fantastic. The pace was dictated by us and a Safety boat was available at all times in case of any problems. Would def do this trip again and recommend it to everyone. Meet at 10am at Prai Grande and back before 1pm. Safe locked store at the base for our beach stuff too.

Hi, how do you book a kayak tour? I filled out the reservation online form but have not heard back.
Wanted to be able to confirm my booking since I'm trying to reserve before hand.

Their no. is 912902646 - with the Portugal code depending where/how you're calling.
You might just be able to turn up at their hut on the beach, but I suggest you book to avoid disappointment.

meeting point is a little confusing. Park at Praia Grande, walk down stairs to beach, turn left and walk down beach past Kalu beach bar. Freedom kayak is in a small hut on the beach.
