Esperienza bellissima! Con la guida piena di amore per la fattoria e la produzione del loro vino. Ci ha raccontato tantissime cose interessanti.
I vini che abbiamo assaggiato erano ottimi e ne abbiamo presi un bel po' per riempire la nostra cantina. Non vedo l'ora di assaggiarli fra qualche anno!
Torneremo non appena possibile.

Mi è stata regalata questa mezza giornata piena di emozioni, che ho amato tantissimo: tra natura, racconti di storia, fantastico mangiare e ottimo bere.
Ho avuto un grandissimo piacere di conoscere Mauro (non scherzo, è un’enciclopedia vivente). Ha fatto da perfetto padrone di casa prima in cantina con storie interessanti sul vino. (Mi è rimasta impressa sopratutto la loro lavorazione del vinsanto.)
Poi ci ha guidati, insieme alla sua fedele labradorina Aisha, nel bosco alla magica ricerca di tartufo (non vi dico l’emozione ogni volta che ne trovava uno) e grazie a lui che ho imparato un sacco di cose interessanti sul tartufo.
Infine ci ha stupiti come chef, insieme alla sua eccezionale assistente Serena, durante il delizioso pranzo a 4 portate preparato con il “nostro bottino” ed abbinato ai suoi vini, in una location incantevole.
Che dire… un regalo che non si scorda, davvero una BELLA GIORNATA, un’esperienza sensoriale ed emozionale che non si può raccontare a parole, bisogna viverla.
Consiglierei a tutti di provare almeno una volta nella vita!

Very enjoyable and interesting visit. It was very informal and allowed us to ask lots of questions. Very personal not hard sell at all!

De kers op de taart! Een heerlijke week in Italië sloten we af met een pasta workshop en rondleiding op deze prachtige plek. Met opa, oma, de kleinkinderen en de ouders. Zelfs ons jongste van 3 heeft zelf pasta gemaakt. Het was enorm interessant en heel inspirerend maar bovenal ook super lekker! Onze eigen gemaakte pasta werd voor ons verrukkelijk klaar gemaakt en geserveerd op een prachtig terras in de wijngaard onder de trossen druiven. En die wijnen? Die namen we natuurlijk mee naar huis om daar verder te genieten.

Great wine tasting experience with really good introduction to the various white, red and sweet wines.
Some of the greatest wines we have ever tastes from Tuscany. Especially Leopoldo 2021 (red) and Vino Santo 2015 (sweet) was exceptionally good

Wir hatten heute eine sehr schöne Weinprobe mit Christian. Die Tour ging etwa 1 Stunde. Neben vielen Informationen über die Region als auch den Weinanbau und Produktion, gab es 7 leckere Weine zur Verkostung. I h kann es nur empfehlen hier halt zu machen und sich diese Weinprobe zu gönnen. 👍

Excelente la atención. Claudio, el guia, tiene mucha paciencia y explica muy claro. No solo se centra en la elaboración del vino, sino que suma anécdotas de la región de Toscana.

Muy buen tour, Claudio nos explico todo el proceso del vino con mucha paciencia y muy claro. Muy simpatico y la degustación de vino súper completa. Recomiendo esta experiencia y llevarse un aceite de oliva y uno de los vinos que nos riquisimos

Local winemakers who are passionate about what they do! We booked a tour on the morning and our tour and tasting was very easily arranged. After visiting Montepulciano and Montalcino, this was our favourite tour. Christian was friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. The wines are excellent quality and prices. We would definitely recommend visiting!

We spent a wonderful hour with Cristian last Wednesday afternoon, touring the cellars, learning about production methods in a traditional Tuscan winery, then sampling a very generous selection of the end product!
It was fascinating to learn about the history of Fattoria Santa Vittoria and the local area. The cellars, which maintained much of the traditional equipment alongside the new, were beautiful.
We loved the wine, which was great value for money, and bought a variety of bottles to take home with us.
This was certainly one of the highlights of our trip to Tuscany and well worth a visit.
