‪Bei unserem Sohn hat sich an seinem Mietski eine Bindung gelöst. Gaby Sports in Siviez hat sie ganz unkompliziert und kostenlos wieder festgeschraubt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.‬

‪Booked skis and boots for large group.
Great service and lovely attentive staff.
Despite being complete novices they were very helpful and assisted the young kids.‬

‪We're regular seasonal renters in Nendaz, for the last three years, and often rent equipment for friends and family form Gaby Sports, both in Nendaz and their there branch in Siviez. The staff are always friendly, helpful and polite.

They are also great supporters of students of the Arc-en-ciel Siviez ski school, providing snowboards, tele-mark skis and stuff to the kids when the ski school offers the students to try something different as part of the course.

Maybe the other reviewers just happened to rent on a mega busy week when most of the best skis had already been rented out or something, but we've always been able to get top-end kit when we've wanted it. And if they don't have something in the one branch, they can usually get it for the next morning form the other branch.

The prices are also reasonable, and the staff have always worked their best to assist if something 'doesn't feel right' for the skier and are always ready with a smile.

As a footnote, check out the beagle in the Siviez branch, usually asleep behind the counter! The kids love that... :)‬

Many thank you for your comment. We like to see that customers can also write when they are happy. The customers write when things go wrong and this is often a misunderstanding. We train our staff every year on the importance of hospitality and impeccable service. It is certain that during more busy weeks we may have fewer choices of skis. In any case it is nice to see that the efforts in our work are seen and appreciated by the customers. Our staff, our beagle and the boss sends you their best wishes

‪Un séjour super dans ce coin montagneux, à plus de 1500 mètres d'altitude, temps magnifique, plusieurs activités, gastronomie traditionnelle savoureuse, visites enrichissantes, habitant très hospitalier, Haute Nendaz, commune que je conseille aux familles, couple ou personne seule de visiter‬

‪I agree completely with the earlier review and wish so much that I'd read it before my trip
We also had poor quality skis. We didn't have any of the products or pricing structures explained to us and were mis-sold the product which, despite changing the next morning, we were charged MORE money for !!
This place is run by a complete con artist - there are many other places nearby to hire your skis from, I really advise that you use them and save yourself from an experience like ours ‬

‪he worst ski hire I've ever had. The skis were old and had no edges. The conditions are icy on the mountain, good edges are important for your safety. After changing 5 pairs of skis in 2 days ( 2 pairs were beginner skis ( I am an advanced skier) and one pair were about 10 years old, I decided to hand them in a day early before I had an accident on the poor skis and was refused my money back for the unused day. The receptionist in Nendaz is rude and arrogant and needs to get some 'customer service' training. I've skied all over the world for 40 years and have never experienced such bad equipment and rudeness from the receptionist and the old manager, the English technician tried to help.‬

Dear Mr and Mrs Rugless We are all really sorry for this misadventure ! This is certainly a misunderstanding. The ski is not a new one you are right but he’s not from 10 years. The model exist from 10 years but he is 6 years and the skis is gone about 50 days on the pist so he’s not dead actually. I know that you changes your skis many times but normally we accept to change only 3 times. So if we did it 5 times it was to find a solution ! I’m really confused that it doesn't work… When someone rent something by us we print the terms and conditions and the customer sign it to confirm. On this terms and conditions are writing that we can give the money back only with a paper from the doctor and you signed it to confirm. I asked to our coworkers to stay always polite and I’m sorry that they didn’t. They will have a reunion to say again ‘’How to stand on with a custromer’’. You know our shop exist from 47 years, time changes and my grandfather ( the old manager as you said) doesn't’ know what is facebook, instagram or tripadvisor. So I think he was frustrated because of it. But it never excuse how he talked to you. In the name of all the team Gaby Sports : I apologise for the inconvenience
