The experience was totally amazing. Never before experience.
We booked with Sultan and went with a friend of him as he informed. He very safely and securely took us through the Canyon, making every experience and view more than 100% worth it. This time of the year I.e. in February, was ideal as the water was at an optimum level inside the canyon and it was bearable cold too.

A great experience! Canyoning with children (youngest is 7 years old) really top! Sultan is a very kind, caring and competent guide. After the canyoning, he brought us for lunch at his house and we were able to visit his village. An authentic experience.

Me and my friend did the canyoning with Sultan. What a great experience! Highly recommended. My friend is a bit afraid of heights but Sultan convinced her to jump from about 7m! He is very nice, explains every tricky part well and is always making sure that everyone is safe. I loved it! The village tour and the hike were great too. Hope I can come back for the rock climbing one day!

Absolutely amazing!
We did the Canyoning Tour with Sultan the first day in the new year and the start in this new year could not have been better!!!
The Canyon is stunning, the colours, the views, the water! We had so much fun! Sultan is a great guide, he explained e everything, we always felt save and we'll guided. But he also let us the freedom to explore the wadi a bit by ourselves. Really a unique experience.

This trip is a must do! We live in Dubai but often go to Oman for weekend trips to enjoy the nature. This trip with Sultan was just such a cool experience and one of the coolest things we have done in Oman.
Not only is he super experienced in the mountains, but his humor and level of hospitality is of such high standard!

Sultan is an amazing tour guide.
He took us on a 4 hour tour in Snake Canyon.
We didn’t have a 4x4 but Sultan arranged a pick up from Jenel Akhdar viewpoint because that was easy for us to go to from our stay near Al Hamra (at this viewpoint you can also enjoy a good coffee and epic cake after the tour with a nice view).
We booked only the evening before, very flexible booking!
Nice protection gear (vest, wetsuit, helmet).
Beautiful canyon and really nice views and great company with Sultan. Safe and professional trip!

Epic canyoning with Sultan! A beautiful route, something for all levels of difficulty, and with the best guide of all Oman! Sultan replied really quickly and helped organise the day. The driver, food and everything was great! :)

It is easy to see why Sultan is rated so highly - he is a wonderful guide and comes across as a lovely person. He guided my nervous daughter (and her father!) beautifully through the incredible Snake Canyon to make an experience that has become the highlight of our Oman family holiday. Thank you Sultan and to anyone looking for an unforgettable trip with a highly competent and fun guide - I can’t recommend Snake Canyon and Sultan highly enough

Stunning location and views. Depending on the time of year be prepared to get wet and cold, so bring a change of clothes. The trek is about 6km long and of moderate intensity. Be prepared to jump, swim and climb (mostly down) a lot!
Sultan is the most amazing guide. He is from the local village and has completed 1000+ guided tour so he knows every pebble on the route. He is very hospitable, so take the time to get to know him and about Omanese mountain village culture!
