Hi Jonathan I hope you are well! I am really sorry that despite your enthusiasm about discovering the beautiful coastline of Paxos and Antipaxos, we managed to fail you. Allow me to reply to your comments, telling you first of all, that we are the oldest company on this island and most preferred by many many visitors each Summer. We have built this reputation and we have established our value, here on Paxos by being, honest, trustworthy, and reliable in the services that we offer. Boating for us is passion and a way of life and not just business. We are dedicated to our mission and we offer high-quality services and 24/7 support to our clients to the most. I was really sorry to understand that a series of misfortunate incidents happened while you were having one of our speedboats. We investigated with everyone on our team, before replying to you and I understand that you had to face a technical issue with the engine of your boat while you were inside the water in the area of Gaios. Furthermore, I understand that you couldn't communicate with our emergency number, and must have been extremely stressful and exhausting. Indeed that's true since on that day the person who carries the emergency phone was on Curfu and -here is the bad coincidence - I had no service at the place that I was staying. That's why it took quite a long for you to get in contact with the company. Kindly note that the boat that helped you while you were on Gaios was one of our security boats and not a random boat from any one of the other boat companies. Our security team always keeps a record, that's how we know, that in your case, there was a technical issue with the pump. We really, honestly apologize for this inconvenience, and we want to let you know that the last thing that any of our Team, would like to experience is the dissatisfaction of one of our clients. We are really sorry that these incidents indeed happened and that you have had a very negative experience with us. Furthermore, I would like to mention arrogance is not characterizing Panos Boat's Company, and we have never insulted any of our guests all these many years. If there was some tension about the incident and you felt like receiving negative behavior from our side, I totally apologize. Please note that we will be very happy to have you once again here on Paxos and we will be more happy if you give us the chance to offer you our services once more and give us the right to offer you a memorably beautiful experience that will help you delete all this bad day you have had with us. Finally, thank you for placing this comment, which even though it is negative, gives us the chance to understand more the situation, explain ourselves, and most importantly improve where ever we need to improve. Improvement is a nonstop process and here in this Panos Boats and Trips Ream, we constantly improve our standards and services.
