So we took our daughter to Adventureland today 18th jan 25, and it was so busy it was manic, to start off customers and staff were arguing, as we went in the place was a mess, food all over tables, chairs and floor, dirty tables, pop/water everywhere, knife and forks on the floor and quite dangerous in fact with kids running around, it seemed that the place was to full for the amount of staff (2) in the play area, while 4 members of staff sat in the office chatting, the place needed cleaning and sorting out so why not get them out the office and sorting it out… we love taking our child there but it was just vile a rank today, the toilets are another matter, child needed to use them and i was disgusted in what was in the mens and baby changing cubicle.. floor was covered in water ( i hope), dirty nappies on top of the bin and in the sink, no toilet role and it smelt horrendous, we didnt enjoy the hour we had there not 100% if we will go back, if we do i hope its cleaner and the facilities are better and clean!

It was a wet day and my 3 year old and 8 year old grandsons needed to run some energy off. Their half term week was different to the West Midlands so Adventureland was fairly quiet when we went late morning. I needed a soft play where the 3 year old could go in safely alone. No steep slides or fireman poles (encountered at other soft plays) He was fine and got about on his own. The star of the show, though was the football pitch upstairs. My older grandson found someone to play with and spent the whole time there. The younger one spent a good while there too as could safely run about with the ball. Though at busier times there might have been bigger more boisterous children. The staff were friendly, we were greeted on arrival by a very nice lady. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was that by the time I had prised the children away from play to have a cooked lunch, the kitchen had stopped doing them. However there was drinks, crisps and biscuits on sale. My grandsons had a brilliant time and I would definitely go again.

Play area is fantastic, especially for younger children. But the good experience really stops there for me. I was genuinely appalled at the older man who appeared in charge. The younger girl, however, was really polite and reasoning. Before I could even get my wallet out to pay, I was quizzed on whether I’d brought any food or drink with me. I was told we can’t go in with anything of our own. I accept this as a policy, and agreed I’d put my coffee back in my car - that was fine. Although I think it should be made clear on the website. But I needed to bring my daughter’s water flask in because she needs to drink clear fluids regularly because of a medical issue. I was refused entry and every time I tried to explain, the older man interrupted me and would not let me talk. He said they could give me water in a cup because they need to protect their income stream. Fair point, but you’re giving me water anyway. He was really quite abrasive and rude. It’s my first time here, and we were planning on having lunch for a day out. For that to be the way you greet a first-time customer is so off-putting, and now I won’t put a single penny extra into the place - food or otherwise.

If only I could give TEN STARS this place was amazing. I took my autistic daughter morgan to play to try and introduce some normality into her life as she struggles to socialise with loud noises and as soon as we arrived my Morgan was feeling overwhelmed with the noise but the lady who let us in with dark curly hair and tanned skin was spectacular she was extremely supportive and friendly towards myself and Morgan and reassured Morgan enabling Morgan to play for half an hour happily which was an emotional moment for me as a single mother with my autistic daughter. The curly headed girl on the door Thankyou so much you are a credit to adventure land and me and Morgan will be returning to see yourself soon

We’ve visited Adventureland in Aldridge numerous times over the years, but on our last visit I was shocked to see how downhill it has actually got.
The play equipment is tired, dusty, torn and looks as though it needs a thoroughly good clean. A lot of the soft play area needs replacing, and the overall space in general looks dirty and run down.
The main concern for me was the Health and Safety of the softplay. I would be interested to see the risk assessment. The cafe area was left wide open, it’s easy for little ones to run behind the counter, the kitchen is directly behind this which does have double doors but these are often unlocked. I actually witnessed a few of the children entering and running through the doors, after all kids will be kids, a simple solution of a gate to simply close off the area would be a speedy and safe solution. I have raised this with management a few years back and this was ignored. The kitchen can also be accessed behind a curtain, there is a rail with a grimy looking curtain which too children were going through, yet again there was nothing to block this off, children may simply have thought this was another area of the softplay, this was particularly worrying especially as every adult knows the dangers of a kitchen with hot foods, liquids and equipment. Yet again this was raised with staff who weren’t bothered and couldn’t string a sentence together when challenged.
The staff looked very young, not that this is an issue, but a lack of maturity and inexperience really did show with those particular staff on duty. Many were rude, unhelpful and customer services skills were severely lacking.
Shame, as the softplay is in a great location but this is massively in need of a refurbishment plus I urge the management to reevaluate the risk assessment. The kitchen/no gate is an accident waiting to happen.

6th birthday party fantastic room decor and host mia(if I remembered her name correctly) was amazing and did everything to make sure we had what we needed. All children loved the food and cake was cut into party bags for us. Football pitch was the highlight for the children and being able to go back into soft play when they wanted was brilliant. Booking was simple and price was very reasonable for the service provided. Thank you

Karting,climbing,big slide, outdoor area all cordoned off due to lack of staff...interactive area broke all session. Spoke to several colleagues who were disinterested (probably not paid enough to care) and despite this we paid full price.

Checked their website then tried calling from 10am when Google stated they open called non stop for 30 mins no answer only wanted to check they were open as stated poor attitude that they are too busy to answer the phone
Arrived around 11am venue full went for food came back entered
go karts not working
Interactive screen not working
Slides locked off
Paid full price for half the activities not to be working
Left straight away as no notification of closed attractions etc....and we only really went there because they had the go karts
Got a refund which the member of staff was hesitant to give
Blamed everything on covid even though restrictions have been lifted
Then when I said other places have these kinds of attractions open decided that it was all down to the managing director and its all their fault that these things aren't working and that they couldn't update the website to state the go karts etc are closed at the minute
Won't be going back I would say there are plenty of other soft play venues around this area that would provide a better service and not have broken and closed facilities etc take your kids elsewhere this place isn't worth going to or paying full price for...

Make you pay for a party in full a week before the party takes place and then refuses to give a refund when the party is cancelled due to coronavirus. Emailed 3 times and ignored, called twice and promised a call back, nothing.

My son and his friends love going to adventure land. The staff are absolutely amazing! My son climbed the rock climbing wall one visit and got a bit nervous towards the middle bit. The member of staff who was supervising at the time really encouraged him and made my son feel confident to climb a bit further. He was really happy with himself. The other activities are really cheap as well, you can't complain at all!
