It was a fun outing. Nice being in nature and up in the trees. More challenging than I thought, but fun and safe. I would recommend a visit here.

This was the our first time there.Took my grandsons ages 7 and 4. They just loved it and they want us to take them back. It really tired them out. It was so nice to see so many children having a really good time. The bridges between the tress were safe. I had no fear of my grandson falling out. The only complaint I have are the benches. I only have a couple of complaints. The charge for the kids was $27 each. There dad who came with us should not have been charged $10.00. There should also be ,ore benches for guest to rest.

2 zipline treks-#4 and #5 were closed during our visit and didnot open in the 3 hours we stayed
I requested for an additional monarch ride which they declined saying worker not available. Since we couldnot do 4 and 5 didnot attempt for Trek # 6.
i got 50% of the value i paid for the tickets.
Zero customer care ... im not visiting anymore

Sorry to hear that this impacted your experience at Treetop Trekking Stouffville! I'd like to remind you that it is not guaranteed that all of the courses will be open during your adventure. You are alotted 3-hours to climb and you can reclimb the any open courses that you'd like. Monarch Zipline is complimentary, but due to staffing, we cannot always have it open. It sounds like on the day that you visited unfortunately we could not offer you a second zip on Monarch.

I got delayed 2 times before being able to go on the third attempt. One was due to weather. The second time was due to them saying they were closing early. So I had to reschedule or I could go f myself pretty much. When I was able to reschedule my trip for the 3 time. My active was the 3 hr zipline and aero game trek. Please keep in mind that rescheduling happens frequently, and when they reschedule you later in the season it gets more busier. So you're going to be having to stand in lines a lot longer. Especially when people who are afraid of heights sign up for this activity and don't realize that they're going to be in Heights. Delaying everyone behind them with frequent stops and the staff do not tell them to get off and let other people that aren't afraid to go go ahead of them. They just give false encouragement instead of taking them off. They delay you and waste your time and money. 3 hrs and only were able to make it to the 2 courses and having to walk off the third course in order not to catch a charge for throwing the slow group infront of us. This slow group was doing this at every course and another group left because of them. The staff once again knew exactly what was going on and did nothing to actually help. If you go tree top trekking. DO NOT COME HERE. it such a shame because tree top trekking is fun but not here

Hey there,
We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your time at Treetop Trekking. A couple of things:
- We do have to close our parks for unsafe weather, such as high winds or thunderstorms. If this happens, we can reschedule your booking to another date in the season or offer a rain cheque on a gift card. We cannot offer refunds as we require 48-hours notice to do so. If you'd like to change your date due to forecasted weather, we just ask that you contact the park 24-hours in advance to do so!
- We ask all guests to be patient with other guests as everyone climbs at different speeds and abilities. We do our best to move faster climbers ahead of slower ones, but this can be tricky when managing a lot of people in the park. We do not lower people out of the courses unless it is an emergency. We do have staff in the courses and monitoring them from the ground so that we can offer tips and encouragement to everyone climbing the courses. Since everyone has different strengths and abilities, we ask people to be patient with one another! If you'd like to avoid the crowds we recommend booking on a weekday or the morning of a weekend. These are usually less busier times. Also, if you are a more experienced climber, you can always ask to go first in an orientation! Just communicate this with our guides.

Fantastic time with two on my grandkids (7/4). Did the village experience and the kiddos had a blast. Easy online check in, friendly staff and very clean environment. Beautiful setting in the conservation area. Will definitely go back 👍🏻

Me and my friend visited and it was great! Never been treetop trekking before, so it was a great experience. Would recommend!

Not friendly for Special Needs children. The staff expects even special needs children to carry out each and every activity without any help from the accompanying parents.
My kid performed all initial test tasks on her own with some verbal prompts (mind you not physical help), but one of the staff members was really rude and did not understand the situation even after mentioning that my child is a special needs child. Pathetic mentality and mind set. I had to fight for the rights of my special needs child.

It’s was a nice experience, we really enjoyed the jumping activity. Definitely worth it, very safe for everyone as long as you followed the rules and regulations of the facility, staffs are friendly and welcoming, they explained in detail the things to remember before starting the activity. Will definitely coming back for more fun activity

Awesome experience..well trained guides put took the time to train you on how to use your hook and zip line attachment. After that, you can choose which course to take...no crowded lines infeont of you....take your time..traverse at your own pace...remember to bring liquids...you can leave your bottle at a holding station..when u come down, take a drink. These best part is that the trees keep the sun out!! Will definitely return. Try the Monarch Zip line....awesome awesome awesome 👌

Are we allow to carry a fanny pack on us for phone and car keys?

Are these activities only for kids, how about young at heart (Adults??) is it same layout in all locations. Are there more challenging stuff for adults and how do you charge by time limit or unlimited. Where can I check the rate.
