I'm a teacher with the YRDSB and took my grade 8's to the Stouffville Trekking. The guides were super organized and got us safely onto the Aerial Games/Zip Line course very quickly so we could enjoy our time to the fullest. The training was firm and friendly and I felt no worries about my 8's being on any of the courses. It is heartening to see some of the anxious climbers overcome there fear and gain confidence in there abilities and excitedly talk about their experience afterward. The administrators are very quick to respond to requests and made organizing the trip easy. Highly recommended.

Its not as exciting as expected. Kids under 5 might find it interesting. But not worth the price definitely.

The staff were well positioned and very helpful for any questions we had. The various pathways were well maintained and appeared to be very safe. The kids had a great time tracking down the easter egg stations.

Amazing place, a lot of fun for kids and adults, the staff is great. Local vendors with tasty treats on site.

What a fun day! We took our 4 year old here and he LOVED it. It was young child friendly and the staff took everyone’s safety seriously. We had a blast!

Our second time at the Treewalk Village, Stouffville. Perfect place for outdoor winter fun, kids (2 and 4 years of age) loved it. Bought tickets online, completed waivers ahead of time, all quick and easy. Went on a Sun am, no lineups, all staff were exceptional, very attentive, friendly. Fire pit was on, hot chocolate and snacks for purchase. Couldn’t have asked for a better day. Highly recommend!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Setting is beautiful. We went with ages 10, 13, 15, 45 & 48 and all of us could complete the courses but were also challenged.

We have birthday package for kids 8 years old. they loved it and do not like to leave the area. you can have picnic tables with parents inside the facility that gives a relaxing and chatting time to parents at the same time they observe the kids around them.
This birthday was the most relaxing without hustle and bustle of a birthday among the kids or for providing food and snacks or decoration.
Everyone is so helpful and kind to all kids. safety is great. adventure will fulfill everyone, especially boys.
I loved my choice having birthday for more that 10 kids and their parents in treetop trekking discovery.

Overall experience was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to see so many staff members circulate throughout the courses and I liked that each zip line had a staff member there to assist you. The carabiner system was easy for the little ones to navigate independently and I liked how you stayed connected the whole time without having to remove any equipment throughout the course. Be sure to bring fly repellent and plenty of water.
A couple recommendations for the park:
-for the “training” section, delay each person’s climbing start time till after they have completed the “training” section. There were about 30 people in our time slot and several people within this time slot had difficulty listening to the staff instructions and hence held us up for about 40 minutes during the training section which cut into our climbing time. We lost almost an hour of our climbing time! People who do not listen and respect staff instructions should be kicked out as this affects others safety and time at the park.
-reduce the number of people for each time slot. Having too many people in a given time slot affects quality of experience and overall safety.

I visited with my kids and my friend and her child. The kids had a really good time, the courses were well designed with appropriate challenges and some neat sections. The staff during the set up were good and made sure the kids were safe in their harnesses, but weren’t really present once the kids got started and needed to be found if someone got stuck. They stood together chatting for the most part. After the first 30 minutes of our time slot, multiple camps arrived which crowded the course with many kids ziplining through each section instead of just the end, causing them to run into others and pushing them or telling them to hurry up as well as crowding way more kids than the allotted amount on each “game” and platform. This happened over and over. The staff were not present or spread out to supervise and watch. Finally when a staff did speak to the kids, they ignored him the second he walked away and continued to make things unsafe and unfair for others. Our kids had a great time, despite from this challenge, which made it worthwhile.
