Everything has been perfect, we had a package of all excursions and all transfers and everything great, the Spanish translator Mjaja is a real lover of his country and explained many things and took us to many places. I recommend ZTrans 100%

The drivers are very professional, punctual, friendly, they know the island by heart. It was very comfortable having a driver to meet me when I left the airport. I totally recommend, especially since their prices are in the low range of Zanzibar taxis.

I relied on Ztrans for almost all my transportation needs, and they were just perfect. Always responsive on WhatsApp, punctual, and offering great prices.

We did 2 trips with ZTRANS. One from airport to hotel and then back to airport. Both in middle of the night. First time our driver was waiting on us with name board in airport hall , second time despite leaving at 1:30 AM, driver was already waiting for us at hotel reception. Price was 20-30 % cheaper that same one offered by our hotel. Bus was 7 seater and air-conditioned. Payment was in cash USD after ride. Whole thing was hassle free and European level of service.

We requested a transfer between Stone Town and Paje by What’sApp. ZTrans replied quickly and with transparent prices. Our driver showed up on time and was kind, efficient, and helpful. He drove us safely and we made good time to our destination. We would absolutely use their services again.

Best taxi service, very professional staff, always on time, organized, kind and attentive.

I have used the service to and from the airport to the hotel twice now, it is very easy to book online and on WhatsApp. They provide a perfect service, never a delay or inaccuracy. Truly the best!! Transfers can also be booked during the holiday.
