This is a nice clean place to visit for the day and your family will enjoy it. The entrance fee is cheap and it's worth the money. We went yesterday and everywhere I looked the staff was busy cleaning. Nobody was sitting on their butt except the security who was behind the desk. The food was decent and the beverages were cold.
Despite the one small sign telling you where to turn and the sometimes mud road, it's worth it.

Came here with friends, this place is super fun. Bar is good, food is nice and service was pretty good. The water slide was so much fun and the place is different from what you'd expect from a usual resort in the Philippines. Only criticism would be the lack of change the place had.

It's a place to be when you are in Tacloban. It's a nice out-of-the City tour. Kids and adults will enjoy playing in the pool. Lots to see and shot.

We took my wife's family here for a day and they enjoyed the pool and water slides. Food was good (you have to order in the resort) but be aware of total cost in terms of food and entry fees when visiting.

Once past the laborious entry process and the three man security team it was quite a pleasant day. But whoever runs this place needs to sort out the check in.
On arrival the queue didn’t look too bad—about half a dozen people. But then I started noticing that each person wanting to enter was taking between five and ten minutes to get their tickets! So it was a full 45 minutes before we reached the counter. The problem was there was just one girl handling the whole, over complicated, checking in process. Part of the stumbling block was the injury liability waiver form. Ours needed just two names, but it looked like other people had to fill in the names of their whole party. Why couldn’t these forms have been on a table somewhere, with a pen, so that everyone could fill in the information prior to arrival at the counter? A number of people also seemed to be having trouble with a promotional leaflet offering special deals that either weren’t available, or they had misunderstood. So the counter girl was having to go onto long explanations as to why they needed to pay more.
We ended up paying ₱1900 for a party of five adults and two children. The children have to be under 3ft tall to get in free. So it was ₱200 each, entry fee plus ₱300 for a “cottage” - basically a table with seating and a cover over—and another ₱200 “corkage” because we brought our own food. We were strictly forbidden from bringing any drinks apart from one litre of water per group. They want you to buy all drinks—and preferably food too — via the restaurant and bars. That’s when the day starts to get quite expensive because a small can of beer is ₱88 - more than double the price in the supermarket.
Having collected our tickets we approached the entrance where no less than three security guards checked us in. This included applying our wrist bands and checking our picnic for smuggled drinks.
There are two pools, one for children with small slides and water features and the larger adult one with a big water chute. The place is plastered with notices about what you can and can’t do or wear. A five year old in our group was evicted from the pool because he was wearing the ‘wrong’ sort of top. The poor child was in tears for quite a while and it took all our efforts to reassure him it was just a silly rule and he had done nothing wrong. In fact on reading through the list of banned clothing I was thinking it would be so much easier if they told you what you CAN wear.
We were shown to our “cottage” - a huge concrete mushroom with a table and circular bench seating under. The seating surface became very uncomfortable after an hour or so. For an extra ₱50 you can get a cottage by the main pool and these mostly had plastic chairs with backs.
Apart from the pools, there’s not much else. You can take a ride in a pony and trap— ₱200 for one ‘lap’ around the main building — and for ₱20 you can get to sit on a horse for a photo opportunity. There is a zip line right across the main pool but it wasn’t functioning and a butterfly garden which was too overgrown to be navigable.
The big problem is there’s nothing else similar in the area, so you’re stuck with the queuing and rules — like it or lump it!

The food is good. We did not bring food because of their policy, so we buy food in their restaurant. Their zipline is not finished. We order budol fight. You need to wear appropriate swimming wear. If they not wear apprppriate swimming wear their lifeguard will get angry. We wait the horseback riding, they are slow. At least we have a good time in the pool.

La Villa Francisco se situe juste à coté du barangai DIIT à tacloban.
C'est un endroit inimaginable, d'une propreté inouie !
Entrée assez cher pour les locaux, entrée avec accès à la piscine et sliding tubes => 350 PHP/pers , mais moins cher si on ne va pas à la piscine.
Horse riding possible, cable riding (pas encore en fonction), house of butterfly.
Resto IMPECCABLE
il y a également une deuxième petite piscine réservée aux touts petits.
Si vous y allez en semaine vous y sery hyper tranquilles, car le WE, possible organisation de banquets, séminaires etc....
