We come quite often to this cinema, and we have to note that hygiene and cleanliness leave something to be desired over time. Tonight, we had the visit of mice in room 1, without a hit from the Joker... As for the toilet women around 8.30pm were really very dirty, strong smell of urine.

Especially do not buy your tickets on their website! I was wrong in the schedule: impossible to exchange or be refunded. I had to buy 2 seats on the spot, while my seats had remained unused.
The staff is composed exclusively of students, no responsible is the... It looks like it was done on purpose.
Go to a cinema where service and human still exist otherwise stay at home, the trip is not worth it.
What a shame!

35degrees in the room,knowing that the air conditioning was broken down they leave the rooms open,a shame I would never return,people on the verge of discomfort,the staff know it but do nothing.

On the advice of the St Gely cinema reception: Purchase of a 10-seater card for a birthday with 8-year-olds, but once purchased, it is impossible to use more than 4 seats at the same time on the card, so forced to repay 6 additional seats, with a credit of 6 advertised seats valid for 1 year at the counter of Megarama St Gely because impossible to be reimbursed, but in reality the card expires after 6 months. This cinema is unreachable on the phone and the advice given is a lie! To date I have paid for places that I cannot use and no one to give me an answer, and when I move, the girl however sorry she has no solution to give me "she can do nothing". These 10-seater cards are a scam.

Nous avons réservé nos places une semaine en avance pour un cinéma en famille . Le jour j on nous annonce que la salle a changé et qu’on nous a pas replacé . Si nous voulons être ensemble il ne reste que le premier rang . aucun geste commercial et le responsable a fui alors qu’on était entrain de lui demander le numéro de la salle . Je n’ai jamais vu ça . Et ne parlons pas des wc . Aucune chasse fonctionnelle et pas de savon . On peut trouver mieux comme cinéma

J’adore ce cinéma. Ultra confortable et de la place. Moins cher que les autres ( pourvu que ça dur).

Enfin un cinéma digne de ce nom !
2 très grands parkings gratuits à disposition.
Malgré les nouvelles mesures avec le pass sanitaire; tout est bien organisé pour faire en sorte que l’on n’attende pas.
Les espaces sont spacieux et agréables, les salles sont propres avec des fauteuils en cuir très confortables et surtout des agents souriants et accueillants (ce qui se fait rare de nos jours !)
La qualité de projection est superbe que ce soit visuelle ou acoustique.
Sans oublier les tarifs attractifs et surtout le popcorn excellent fait sur place !
Une soirée réussie loin du tumulte de la ville; je vous le recommande sans hésiter !

Un super cinéma, agréable et peu de monde mais le personnel peu qualifié pour l'accueil du jeune public!!! une caissière peu souriante, désagréable et qui refuse l'accès aux toilettes à ma fille de 4 ans, quelle honte surtout quand je viens de débourser 2 places pour le film!
