die Wasserfälle von unten bis zur Black Forest Line hochgewandert. Teilweise unterwegs Tümpel unter den Wasserfallabschnitten, in denen man sich erfrischen kann -Badehose und Handtuch mitnehmen! Nach 30 Minuten oben am Kassenhäuschen der Hängebrücke durchschwitzt angekommen. Die €12 Eintritt auf die Brücke lohnen sich. Herrliche Aussicht und Abenteuergefühl bei der Überquerung der schwingenden Brücke. Abstieg zum Fuss der Fälle auf der Ostseite war weniger anstrengend

Somehow it took us until our second visit to Todtnau to visit the waterfalls (“Todtnauer Wasserfalle”) and we loved it so much that we came back twice! The waterfall itself is not only beautiful, but the views over the hills and valley behind you are stunning.
At 97m, it may not be the highest waterfall in the Black Forest but it is one of the best you can visit. The waterfall cascades over several levels, into the river and valley below. You can walk to the waterfall from Todtnau town centre, or there is a small car park nearby.
Once you reach the waterfalls there are multiple levels where you can relax and enjoy the views surrounding you. There’s a small wooden shelter should the weather not be on your side, and there are also some wooden loungers where you can sit back and stare up at the waterfall towering above you.

Hemos visitado las cataratas, nos hemos dirijido a la casa donde comprar las entradas para la catarata y el puente colgante, sólo hemos visitado las cataratas, los niños 1,50€ y adultos 2,50€, la sorpresa ha sido que no ha habido ningun control para el acceso al recorrido de las cataratas, entonces para que se necesita la entrada?hemos vista muchos turistas acceder a las catarataa sin entrada y no ha pasado nada. Nos hemos acercado a la persona donde nos ha vendido las entradas y nos hemos quejado, entonces han avisado a su supervisora que nos ha atendido a gritos diciendo que sì era necesario pagar la entrada, hemos discutido varios minutos hasta que nos ha echado fuera de la oficina a mi y a mis hijos, todo de muy malas formas, realmente nos han mentido y nos han timado el dinero de las entradas, si vais a las cataratas, aparcad el coche y directo hacia el recorrido, os ahorrareis tiempo y dinero.

Pour le ticket d'entrée à 12€ pour adulte, il faut en prendre un pour deux.
En effet, on peut valider deux fois le ticket. Vous passez le tourniquet et vous donnez ensuite votre ticket à votre partenaire à travers le tourniquet pour qu'il.elle entre également. Seule contrainte, il faut ressortir par le même endroit, c'est à dire faire un allé-retour sur le pont.
Cela revient donc à 6€ par adulte et 4,50€ par enfant.

Absolutely stunning waterfall. Reaching the viewpoint takes about 15 minutes walking but is worth the walk. You can walk all the way down to the lower waterfall (which actually is even better than the top one), but it will take you about 1,5-2 hours to walk back up. A solution is to visit the lower waterfall by car.

Beautiful waterfalls. You can take a short flat walk to the foot of the falls or a longer walk to the top and walk a little further up to go on the long suspension bridge above which is worth a trip across if you are not afraid of heights or wobbly bridges. Truly beautiful scenery and views. We’ll worth a visit

Visited the waterfall today at 17 h in beautiful weather, however the suspension bridge was closed “due to bad weather” (possibly because it rained earlier). Why not re-open when the weather clears? Even the toilets were closed!

Vale la pena parar si te coge de camino, pero no venir expresamente. La caida de agua es modesta y es un poco incómoda por las pocas plazas de aparcamiento que hay. En nuestro caso, entramos por la parte de abajo. Es la más comoda, porque en 500 metros, por un camino cómodo estás en la base de la cascada

Fue la que más me gustó de la Selva Negra. Nosotros aparcamos arriba en el parking del puente colgante, gratis, y después desde la aldea comenzamos a bajar viendo las cataratas. Decir que por este lado no hay caseta donde pagar la entrada. Una vez abajo mis hijas decidieron no subir y me tocó a mí volver subiendo a por el coche para aparcar en el parking de abajo para recogerlas. Por lo que creo que es mejor verlas desde abajo e ir subiendo hasta donde se pueda y después bajar por donde mismo.

A beautiful waterfall in a lovely mountainous rural area. There is ample free parking at the bottom of the waterfall and a leisurely .6 mile walk on a well maintained trail to the waterfall. There are handicap parking spaces there and we saw a man in an electric wheelchair navigate the path to the waterfall easily. It looks like they are building a welcome center on the side of the road at the start of the path. Perhaps bathrooms and even a food venue. The waterfall was beautiful and there were places to sit to enjoy the view. You could climb up stairs to get to the top of the waterfall, but we were content lookin at it from the bottom as the view was better from there. Highly recommend an hour stop there.

Gemütlich...... ungefähr 20 Minuten ab dem Wasserfall bis zum höchsten Punkt des Wasserfalls.
