Istayed here for 2 nights and we booked the 2-room apartment which I find very cozy and lovely. The bed was very comfortable, fresh and clean bedsheets, rooms were very tidy and the service was prompt. It is not a modern, trendy hotel but the hotel's ambience makes it more charming and homey. Their buffet breakfast has great varieties and superb too. Location is perfect and so quiet

And they are quite right!The value for the room you pay is amazing!All their rooms are suites!At the prices of a regular room!Extremely clean, very comfortable bed, nice shower and brand new!All at the fraction of the price you pay somewhere else!What else can you ask for?

I was there for one night and maybe I was just unlucky but: -Internet connection was not working, they tried to put a 4g modem in the corridor but my room was not in his range - beside the hotel there is a building producing a very annoying noise (a sort of heavy AC) and I had to change my room in the middle of the night. - no power supply in the morning = no hot water for shower. Power supply was restored few minutes before my check out. - note that the location on the maps (eg google maps) is wrong and the hotel is actually not central and very far from any food supply. You need a car to reach a restaurant. On the good side: - very nice and available personnel - clean - large suites

We do apologize for experience and inconveniences caused by the sudden unavailability of water, Internet breakdown and Restaurant . It made me learn to do proper maintenance check. I found this place on line and thought I'd give it a try since it was so close to the airport and I had an early flight. I arrived there in the taxi and found that it was pretty far from town, with not much nearby. They only have suites, no single rooms. When I tried to check in, neither of my credit cards worked. I called my bank and the said there was no attempt on their end. Then the hotel clerk tried his card and even it didn't work, so they wanted me to pay cash. The suite smelled a bit like stale cigarette smoke and the wi-fi didn't work. They warned me when I checked in that they sometimes had problems with the internet, but since I couldn't even check my email I decided to go elsewhere. I found another option on this list and was glad as soon as I checked in (and my credit card worked on the first go).

We do apologize for experience and inconveniences caused by the sudden breakdown of internet and smoking smell in room. It made me learn to do proper room assignment by Front office and Internet backup service. As this is new area hence the supply of STC got fail for some time but now we manage to get another connection to provide uninterrupted Internet supply. The Guest feedback is always a great way to enhance our performance to meet the guest expectation.
