Very nice boutique resort with clean room and very big space. Have a beautiful pool with clean water and very well taken care of garden. Staff was very helpful and kind to give us all needed information. We only wish to be able get two key cards, because we been two couples friend in two bedroom room, but we try make it work. Resort is very close to airport and enough behind main road to be in a quiet area for a good night sleep. We had included breakfast, but it was very plain and boring with 3 nights stay, every morning same same food (noodle soup or toast bread with fry egg, vegetables and sausage). There was also coffee or tea option and fresh watermelon. Highly recommend to others.
This place is really beautiful with swimming pool, flowers and trees. The staffs are friendly and helpful and the price is affordable. In the evening, the road to go to the resort is often crowded because of many cars
Had a 9 night stay here at the end of Jan. Ground floor double room was large and nice, though it was situated centrally alongside the long side of the pool, which was quite a noisy location, due to inconsiderate guests staying here. The bed was very comfortable, AC & WIFI good. Bathroom was a long and narrow room, and did get a lot of bugs, due to the pool and all the vegetation around it I guess. Never got hot water through the shower until mid-morning, but fine the rest of the day. The hotel is built in a U shape around a pool with lots of lovely well-looked after plants, flowers & trees, in a fairly quiet area, several minutes walk up a small but busy road from the main road. The staff I met & talked to were all friendly and helpful, especially the young lady in reception who was there everyday until about 5pm The only problem I had here was the noise created by a minority of guests, who had no respect or consideration for anybody else staying here, mainly some Vietnamese family groups, and a group of N American women, who unfortunately were staying in rooms right above mine, and woke me up every night between 12am – 3am, for the 1st 6 nights of my stay. I only had a good nights sleep on my last 3 nights after they had gone. Due to the design of the hotel around the pool, it was quite noisy at times, once people came back to the hotel mid-afternoon and using the pool, and people walking around shouting to each other around the pool area, or shouting up & down to people on balconies overlooking the pool. Most of these people are quite oblivious to the noise they are producing by shouting all the time, even when they are told to be quiet. When the noisy inconsiderate guests were out during the day, it was a lovely quiet relaxing place to sit and enjoy the garden views I would have given the hotel the top mark if it had been a quiet and peaceful place to stay, unfortunately I will remember it for being noisy…
I haven’t even checked out yet and I already want to post a raving review. The grounds are well kept and the room super clean. I found the manager Peter to be the pearl in the ocean, one of the best I have ever seen. He was super helpful to arrange to launder clothes, have a SIM card delivered and arrange everything to ensure I have the best and most comfortable stay at his hotel. He delivered an excellent experience from first step at the door to delivering us back to the airport.
