Worst Hotel, Arrogant Staff I have done the booking through Yatra and done all the payment, Once I have reached the hotel, Staff were saying that they will not accept it and they were saying to pay in cash again. They cant even speak in english to Yatra representatives, may be willingly. I even spoke to owner he was also non responsive. Rooms are worst for what they r charging, donot provide packed water bottle , soap etc. If I am asking for any service, staff is telling u should have opted for 5 star hotel. If u r booking through website they r showing Balaji International which is located adjacent to this hotel(Belongs to same owner) , If we r asking there they r saying that ur booking is for Balaji hotel which is the worst hotel I have ever seen. Hotel Staff even faught with my brother in law for his booking. I was just wondering how is this happening ,can any hotel staff be this much rude. We all have to shift to other hotel nearby and our complete day was wasted. Never opt for this hotel…

Hotel Sri Balaji is near to Vizianagaram Railway station. It is budget friendly.it is clean and good. We have chosen this hotel because it is near to all the places like railway station and RTC bus stand.for travelling we can get autos easily from here.

Don't think much facility when comparative to best hotels,average facilities and the best option to chose this hotel because of near to railway station,Bus stop. The ambiance is moderate and cleaning of room is also not much tidy.

Very bad maintenance. Happened to stay for a day here,Just to summarize my experience- decent Bed, torn Bedspreads, Uncleaned Washrooms, Broken Switches, Room with not so pleasant smell, Intercom that wont work, Staff who don't respond.
