hotel mediocre, petit dejeuner nul ,le chemin pour aller au haram est dangereux, mais personnel gentil et serviable et propreté impeccable. vous avez droit à 2 grandes serviettes par jour pour 2 personnes. 2 petites

Les points forts 1. personnel sympathique 2. emplacement à 10 min à pied du Haram en passant par l'Hôtel Anjum 3. la salle de prière est une mezzanine au dessus de l'entrée trop bruyante ça motive d'autant plus à aller prier au Haram Sinon fenêtre donne sur un mur difficile d'aérer la chambre, le sol gerflex abimé vasque de douche cassé grossièrement recollé petit déjeuné peu varié, pas de fruits frais, pas de viennoiserie, salle de repas trop petite pour le nombre de clients attente ascenseur (1 en panne sur 4)

Me and my wife stayed here for 4 nights for our Umrah. I'm from the UK so will give you guys a full break-down. In general the hotel is in a great location. The hotel itself was surprisingly very nice and elegant. There was no waiting for the elevators (we went to visit family at other hotels and there are literal queues just to use the elevators).
Location - pretty good. If you cut across Anjum Hotel, I'd say it's roughly around a 5-8 minute walk to the Haram. It is an uphill walk for about 2 minutes so for elderly people it might be a struggle. For anyone that is healthy and fit, it should be no problem at all.
Room - very well kept and very clean. On arrival they upgraded us to a king-size room which was very nice.
We did not get the breakfast package so no comment on that.
I'd definitely recommend and would probably use this hotel again.

I recently stayed at Al Ebaa during a short umrah trip with a friend. What a fantastic experience from the very start!
We were welcomed by Mr Hashim as-Subhi at the front desk who greeted us warmly and gave us a lovely room facing the Haram. The view was spectacular! The hotel staff promptly brought our bags up to the room.
The room was plush with comfortable beds. The bathroom was spotless and supplied with clean fresh towels and toiletries. Cleanliness was no issue. The room was cleaned and tidied and fresh towels given daily while we were out.
As for the hotel location, it's very close to the Haram. Approximately ten minutes to the Haram courtyard. There is a slightly steep incline as you come out of the hotel but it's very short. Once you reach the Anjum hotel car park entrance it's flat from there. Take their escalator to ground level then it's flat all the way to the Haram.
There are a few Pakistani restaurants within a few minutes walk and a lovely place selling grilled and rotisserie chicken.
Also if you are late for dhuhr prayer to the Haram, there is a masjid about two minutes away by foot on the other side of the road that prays dhuhr jama'ah about half an hour after the Haram. As people are usually asleep up to this time, it's useful to be able to still catch a jama'ah.
Overall a fantastic hotel. The location and price point is incredible and rivals that of other more expensive hotels in the area. Staff are welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend.

This was my first time to stay at Al Ebaa hotel , Personnel very polite and friendly. The gentleman of the reception upgraded my room at first place upon arrival without asking , he was very polite. Room was very clean and spacious. Very nice breakfast, with many varieties. The Chef was also very helpful. It’s @ 15 minutes walk from Al Haram , the road is a bit hilly on your way to Al Haram , thus I recommend to take taxi for 5 SR per person on your way to the Holly Mosque , and you can return on foot . I was in the 11 floor ( the first 6 floor are not counted) thus our room was almost in the 17floor and the view was direct to the Holly Mosque, thus it was very nice.
