What an amazing find! The Santa Lucia is a beautifully renovated property on a lovely square right outside the palace walls. Manages to be modern yet with the feel of a classic European hotel. Super accommodating staff, great breakfast and good location close to all sights. Comfortable beds and amazing bathrooms. Wish there were more than five stars to give!

It is a very new hotel, in the center of Split. The rooms are very nice and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and polite. The breakfast is good and varied. Undoubtedly the best option to get to know the city

I arrived in Split with a reservation for a hotel that turned out to be closed. After 30 hours of travel (missed flight connections), I showed up at night in the rain at the lobby of the Santa Lucia, suitcases in tow, in need of help. The kind and helpful receptionist Duje provided me with a reduced-price room that was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The general manager Nevena offered me food and wine on the house, as I hadn't eaten in nearly a day, and shared information about local wine (which she has a passion for). Everyone at the hotel throughout the next five days provided me with friendly, efficient, helpful service. Vice and Anna at the bar recommended good restaurants, and Yasipa and Marija at reception helped with logistics...others whose names I didn't write down. The location in the central square is ideal, with a large covered patio cafe space right in front of the building to sit and drink or eat. In winter the hotel rooms, square, and bordering streets are quiet. In summer, I suspect noise would be a problem throughout the night.…

A peaceful and elegant oasis amidst all the craziness! We are so glad to have found this place. The staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is wonderful. Everything is modern and chic, with a touch of old world. My husband is in construction and critiques everything but he was complementing how beautiful the tile and mill work were throughout the hotel, even in the bathrooms. The bed is comfy and linens are of high quality. Toiletries smells good and rooms and hallways smells good as well. The location can’t be beat and to top it all off, there are functioning fully updated elevators which is rare for buildings inside the Diocletian Palace which is a a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Servizio curato. Qualità della colazione ottima. Un hotel in centro adatto anche alle famiglie con siiti molto belle e spaziose. Si trova in zona pedonale per cui la reception organizza il trasferimento dei bagagli Dino a fuori della zona pedonale. Gentilezza e cortesia da parte di tutto il personale
