No one approach or attend to us the moment we entered the building. You have to go to front office to inform you're checking in or any assistance. At the same time two young local guys that sat at lobby couch resting their legs on the coffee table and one of them spitted on the carpet! I almost throw up! And when we checked into one of the rooms, hair was scattered everywhere on the floor, so disgusting. But at least room was changed. Restaurant at level 30 is beautiful with great view but feels like a food center. Waitress will just stand aside for a while. And later three of them will collect used plates and waste together chitchat non-stop aloud while pushing the trolley around. I felt gross when they throw the waste while resting the trolley next to me while having breakfast, felt like I was in a canteen. Furthermore, the lady supervisor on duty talking non stop over the mobile sitting at one of the dining chair. All these should not have been seen at a 4 star international branded hotel! Staffs were not well trained especially F&B department. But there was a helpful lady supervisor on duty on our second day of our stay assisting us on our itinerary.

It's a nice location, but the service really doesn't hold up to Accor branding, i am a platinum member and i was surprise with the no frill treatment, 1 guess 1st was the hotel was full and upgrade not available that is totally understandable no issue, but giving a room that had an air-conditioning problem was a madness, temperature in the room remain in the 27degree throughout the time, and the only thing they did was 2 technician and trying to fix it but it still doesn't help and brining a fan in addition to cool the room. the next day they change the room and was slight better off, did not get a welcome drink even though i mention about it, did not get any welcome note as well, i guess the management of this hotel had to improve services, when i check-out 1 lady perfom the check out half way another guy took over at another counter, the guy was waiting for the lady to print the invoice while the lady expect him to print, hello please finish serving and settling 1 client bill before you take over another waiting in-line...totally lack of training and professionalism, utterly disappointed in the way they manage the front desk.

在酒店尚未开张,我就提前接近9个月的时间预定了客房。可是直到我即将出行的时候,居然说找不到我的订单,简直让我暴跳如雷。与A+热线多次沟通后,多次保证我一定有房间后才得以入住。 即便在入住的时候,仍然纠结我定的房间级别无法满足持续9天的住宿,需要期间换房。最后在我要求下才做出更改。 以上问题表现出美居/美爵系统的大问题。人员培训不到位。 基本上我在A+卡住过的酒店里,让我暴跳如雷的全部都是Mercure旗下酒店,与它同级别的Novetel,更低一级的ibis都没出过问题。 我,作为一个多年的铂金卡会员,每年在A+旗下酒店各个等级住宿时间接近60晚,为什么单单在Mercure酒店下就碰到这么多问题? 铂金卡会员权益说的很清楚,提前三天预定,必定有房。必定享受行政酒廊待遇,没有行政酒廊的必定提供免费早餐。 居然要我暴跳如雷的投诉才能获得应有的服务。这个不是成都Mercure的问题,而是全中国Mercure酒店系统培训问题。因为在其他A+卡旗下酒店我就没有碰到过这么多破事。 因此在这里整体评分扣1分,给4分。 除此之外,整个酒店环境不错,住房面积也符合酒店的级别。不过因为该酒店与ibis同在一栋楼,所以人员比较杂。这家酒店的特色是有自助洗衣房,与ibis一样。不过ibis需要付钱,成都Mercure的自助洗衣干衣免费。这点对于本次9天住宿帮助巨大。赞一个。

Despite the room are very clean, you call service for cleaning clothes, they take 20 Minutes to come take. This is not acceptable. No indication where is breakfast. Say on the phone a breakfast is offered and when at the desk, no breakfast. I books through ctrip and they did not confirmed. I had to pay at the desk. Unacceptable for an international chain. Never had this problem in Europe with Accor.

He estado 2 veces en este hotel y durante el invierno a pesar de tener apagado el aire acondicionado la temperatura de tu habitación no baja de los 26°C. Por ende cuando sales de ella el cambio de temperatura en relación al pasillo o más aún con el exterior del hotels es muy fuerte. Ya me he resfríado en ambas ocasiones gracias a esto. También noté malos olores en las habitaciones, algo que no había notado anteriormente y estando 9 días se hizo muy notorio. Lamento hacer esta crítica ya que la gente de la recepción se esfuerza por ayudar a pesar de que entienden muy poco inglés. Siempre se preocuparon de ayudarme con cualquier requisito. El desayuno es muy bueno. Eso si lo recomiendo.
