While some aspects of the stay were consistent with what you'd expect from Kaohsiung's newest and largest 5-star business hotel, we felt like there were some areas that were sub-standard. On the plus side, the service we received from Andrea Chen upon check-in and check-out was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a gorgeous view of "central park" and the city skyline. The gym/pool facilities were certainly impressive, as was the reception staff there; service in the lounge restaurant/bar was likewise top-notch. On the minus side, we waited about 15min for a taxi Fri night, which seems inexplicable for a top-end hotel in the (future?) CBD. The service and food quality at the buffet breakfast on Sat morning were also surprisingly sub-par. Perfunctory responses from the omelet chef (followed by a uninspired omelet); table staff that appeared to have wandered in from the zombie apocalypse; and a plate cart that got wheeled around the site every few minutes with such thunderous calamity that any brief flirtation with serenity was quickly snuffed, were a few of the areas causing bewilderment. A good visit overall, though, and we look forward to staying again sometime in the future, at which time these latter concerns will surely be improved upon.…
一進大廳整個非常氣派，在櫃檯check in時，櫃檯人員詳細解說飯店設施，服務非常好 一進到房間wow一下，空間感很大，而且床也很大，整體來說非常的舒適 12樓有游泳池跟水療池，還有美人湯！！！！！臥式水療按摩超級舒服，整個人按到睡著，更衣室除了配有沐浴乳洗髮乳外，還有提供化妝水.乳液，非常方便 如果覺得無聊，隔壁還有義享天地廣場可以逛，距離凹子底捷運站很方便，步行可以到，也有免費接駁車 I will come back soon ~
We stayed for two nights without any meal package. Room is spacious with a nice bath and shower. Although it’s facing to the 85 building and sea direction, but air is polluted so nothing much to see. A reasonable size of indoor swimming pool with variable SPA facilities, very clean and quiet. There is also a very big gym on the same floor. We ate the Japanese buffet at hotel. Sashimi and teppanyaki are fresh and delicious. All you can drink Asahi draft and sake. Service is average, all speak English. There is a big mall attach to the hotel, so plenty to shop and eat.
酒店從去年就開始試營運，但是到現在4月服務人員的專業度卻有待加強，尤其是牛排館的服務真是差勁，不只是沒有專業侍酒師，且因為服務生不懂酒就一直要客人點House Wine, 且酒單上的酒幾乎都沒有，最誇張的是服務生從頭到尾一直上錯菜，向餐廳經理反應後得到冰冷的回應，且酒店與社區型商場共構裡頭的客人參差不齊，又酒店停車場地面十分骯髒。
酒店緊鄰著義享天地商場，雖然還沒有很多商店，但餐飲方面上還算蠻方便的。 房間寬敞，而且安靜，對淺眠的我來說真的很棒！ 服務人員非常有禮貌，而且面帶微笑！給人溫馨的感覺！ 可惜的是寫了Room Service的早餐吊卡，隔天早上發現沒有早餐吃才發現掛在房外一整晚沒收走，比較令人覺得可惜。
